Familiar,
faded memories,
past,
illusions,
intimate,
reveal,
move on,
timeless,
somewhere,
nothing.

Lying on that beach,
Under the calmer Sun,
Hands sifting in sand...

Touching your fingers,
Feeling so alive today,
Holding your hand...
A vision from the future.

Beyond the past,
Beyond our future.
Evolution is inevitable.

Change,
Will always be apart of,
THIS sand of time.

AS the dreams commence,
As our path becomes clear.
The treasuring reward,
Is within the crystal sphere.

One finds its true dream,
Within the universe that bonds.
Finding Thy Destiny,
Beyond the red sands.
A poem that was revised for a Book presentation
On a winding stair, that leads particularly nowhere
each flight we save, to be lost is grave
the winds they flee, over a starry sea
and our hands are clutched, our hearts in touch

As a wisp of a cloud, flits sultrily by
and the yawning wave, wets our toes, and tries
to lure us in, to the hungry waters within
where doom is us, should we look in its eyes

We lay awake, gleaning much from the sky
she seems subdued, the sands softly sigh
a dragonfly dodders by, so slowly alive
we stare at nothing, as it stirs inside
Some days, I am lost within.

Into the night, hundreds of galaxies sparkle,
Secretly engaging, like a child's game of hide-n-seek,
Surrounded by soft puffs of snow,
In the warmth of the summer breeze.

And unfurl,
Into the tropical seas,
As waves mildly splash,
Upon a bed of sand, creating a feeling of peace.

When light whispers,
Vanish upon native shores,
And relive in my heart,
Forever and ever more....

On the walls hang, mirrors that mime

The grainy images of shifting time

The past depicts a picture old
Of strokes unsteady and light
Life viewed in plain black or white
One of immense immaturities
and  inane oddities

Three quarters of the body made up of tears
Emptied over some thirty odd years
At times like a trickle or at times like a flood
Salt and water depleted from blood

The heart pulsed erratic
Thoughts turned eccentric

Soon I learned to find solutions
To life’s cryptic equations
An addition here, a subtraction there
Little adjustments everywhere

The future saw  life unfold
painted with strokes steady and bold
Life showcasing many a crease
The portrait though is very much at ease

There are no fears and no salty tears
Knowing that life is on a short lease
With the world, now I am at peace

Just when the sun illuminates,
Upon the sapphire skies,
And the clouds appear,
To slowly dance, side by side.

Shimmery, cobalt blue waters,
Perform a low sequence, on the seaside,
Leaving a bubbling blanket,
On the surface of smooth sands,
Washing away, pretentiously.

Bringing a gentle tropical zephyr,
With rhythmic sounds,
Echoing, through evergreen pinnate leaves,
Swinging gently, into the calming air.

Inspiring a magical after glow,
With dreams fulfilled,
In ecstasy,
Leaving a warm and peaceful impression.
