A little dust
Friend of ash
Wish shining like a diamond in the rush
Falling in love with blue pearl that crawling in brush
Dreaming that's gonna be her last
But the wind trying to remind her that's just a crush
She had nothing but only trust

Take me down to the river to scream
Where the fish are alive in the stream
Where the heart can loudly beat
There we are safe to take a seat
Resting our feet from the fire
We can clearly see our true desire
Let our screams cover it all in black
Do not hold anything back
We used to have silly little fears
But now we face true worldly scares
In a river with only so much water
Let us fill it with the fears we slaughter
In a storm or current that sweep us up
Screaming on to fill and fill, now keep it up
Let it out and release your cares
Let it out so we forget our fears
Move on and enjoy the sweet rush of water
As if nature our mother and we her daughter
My best friend and I used to visit the river bed often.. To find peace, or enjoy nature, so scream when we had to. It would erase everything when we needed it to.

I thank you
Swallow my mind whole
Leave not a crumb
Consume my words
Know my grief
Watch as I sink
Each cry for help
Every bit was for you
Oh sweet audience
How I do love the spotlight
Little candles burn at stages edge
Let me not sear at flame

A tiny flare
Inside my hands
Grows bigger at the feeling
The feeling of want

That big flare
Rushes around a sky
With clouds that don’t deserve
To be illuminated

Sparks shoot out
There’s rain coming from the clouds
The big flare
Becomes smaller again

Sparks turn to ashes
My hands are burnt
No more light
In this rainy sky

During this period
I lose track of time
Everything is coated in sorrow
It feels as if months go by

But then the clouds clear
No more rain is near
A drizzle here and there
But still, we’re safe
This place is all warm
And, now,

The flare is shining, beautiful and bright
In my hands
Tonight.

The initial kiss; the burning rush.
The softest lips with the hottest touch.
Waves of ecstasy crashing overhead,
Washing away every thought in my head.
Raptured in your sweet embrace,
Forever yearning for another taste.
Keeping me locked within your stare,
Forgetting how to breathe; gasping for air.
Pull me closer.
A little closer.
Together we resemble a field of four-leaf clovers.
The first time we kissed.

sleet is quiet and
quietly falls

wet sleet quiet
swimming and falling silently

wet great snow is quiet
quietly rushes and dies

day after day and night after night
again and again and light

This Rush,
Heady, intoxicating
Pounding against my white interior
Clawing through my skin.
Begging, fighting, screaming,
For a way out.
Dripping, oozing
Through every word
And every well timed ******.
Its fire and warmth gives me
A new sort of fragile
Strength.
