forged in fires core
surrounded by dirt
prehistoric parents returned

flowers bloom in spring
connect positivity
giving others food

birds fly in air's waves
listening to the winds's guide
watching from world's roof

fishes swim
breathing what we cannot breathe
not knowing what's water

My Self is rooted in a larger city than mine.
My Self is rooted in male comradery.
My Self falls into a group. The group isn't universal for all my traits though.
Thus comradery isn't a universal attribute in this sense.
However, if I feel I need comradery, and I'm not in familiar surroundings, I can shift to a reality of the oneness of humanity, where all share the same home.

To the trees,
and the seeds
Please believe
The crease in
My knees
Are from pleading
Every which season
You’ll come alive

You’ll come alive

Dissidents,
Revolution,
The weak,
The meek,
The speech that
Shakes the roots
We speak
Comes alive

You’ll come alive

Like oxygen,
Deceit
So sweet
In the air
That we breathe
The droplets
We drink
Come alive

You’ll come alive

The soil
And soot
I kneel
No fear
I’m here for
You to appear
And come alive

You’ll come alive

The soul
It shouts
It loves
And doubts
Your life means
Something
Each season
You are alive

You’ll come alive
Life is an exhilarating ride, full of trauma and triumph, and there is nothing more I want tonight than for each person to experience a single moment of total synchronisation with what it feels to exist. To come alive.

While it won’t solve the worlds problems, it makes us feel like anything is possible, and a little more courageous to partake in the wonder that is you.

Remember, today you matter.

Today you get to take a new chance, open a new opportunity and embrace whatever you’re going through, the good or challenging with a sense of pride that you are magnificent.

Like tree

If one stays
In the same place
Or, talk to the same person
Roots grow

And
That root
Is love
Genre: Almost Romantic
Theme: Soul Feeding

Waste away
Our bodies decay
To the earth we flee
And are thus inlaid
Wrapped in roots
The soil so sweet
Damp and cool
From crowns to our feet
A rest for eternity
Yet not for all time
To awaken once more
When the Earth is sublime
Until then we sleep
And in sleep we do dream
For the sleep of death
Is not all it may seem

for the first time in my life, I'm not hiding.
I stand with my walls down and my heart open.
my legs are shaking, and my breathing is shallow.

he wraps his arms around me to keep me steady.
my head rests on his chest as he strokes my hair.
I close my eyes for a moment, finally able to rest.

I look at him carefully, and I see no armor.
his walls are down and his heart is open.
his legs are shaking, and his breathing is shallow.

we hold each other until our love grows roots.
then we let go, and our smiles illuminate the world.
he takes my hand in his, and we walk together.
This poem is very close to my heart. I don't think I've been as honest and vulnerable with anyone as I have been with this person. He has said the same about me. It is wonderful to love and be loved back in this way, and I hope anyone looking for love will feel this way with someone.

I'm daring to
Glimpse
Perceive
Barely stand on my own feet
What shoes am I going to wear
Is it blue, red, nor green?
Don't feel the heaviness of my feet
But everything fit immaculately to my verity sheet
Ach,
Are these really the colors of my being?
Well...
They say emotions really fades away
I don't know now
Cause I heard the eternal aura whispers coming through my thoughts
Or is it just my own whispering sound?
Oh God
I can't speak
Nor find the root in me
Water me
I must water me
I want to see the flowers of my soul
I want to feel the existence in me
There's a black sky
But only to feed the earth's feet
A dashed black color in me
Coming through every breath I take while I speak
