Her face was pain stricken while she lie asleep.
You could see the effort in her smile, although her grin was weak.
She stayed searching for something of some substance,
She couldn't find any but she'd keep searching the rest of her existence.
Always in bed crying or writing down a piece of her,
As a result of her fear of her mind, she was thought of as a wanderer.
With a mindset unlike anyone's else's,
She had an opinion on everything, very thoughtful ones that is.
She never let anyone tell her what she could & couldn't do,
But she was her biggest enemy, & that could never be truer than the truest truth.
Of course she wanted to be happy,
But the Depression she was battling with was tough & scrappy.
For her there was no escaping the realms of black,
But she knew she could find her way, because she needed to get back.
She needed to return to the life of love & smiles,
She wouldn't stop looking, even if she had to for miles.
She would get to her final destination,
She would not let anything get in her way, she would avoid procrastination.
It was truly sad how every time she tried she fell down,
But she need not worry because on her head, held high was her crown.
No matter what tripped her & made her fall,
She would not succumb to black's intoxicating call.
See her crown was beginning to drop but it would not plummet.
Because though her climb was tough, she's approaching its summit.
You cannot say she is at the top,
But you can say she'll get there because she will not stop.
So sick & so tired of these nights of tears,
She's had them for so long, no not days, or months, but for years.
At seventeen years of age it's heartbreaking to hear such a story,
But don't let your heart fill with uneasiness, because in a short while she'll reach her glory.
A tale like hers is common & unfortunate.
Depression is something we can beat, so long as we stick together, we will be victorious, I'm sure of it.

Running through the acres

Chasing dreams

Searching for the ransom
of this long
lost me
Id die to find.

Took myself for granted
and now
here I stand.
Sold my soul for "sustenance",
The kind I never had.

My brother told me
"Boy, how did you get so tall?
I've seen those devils licking
at your heels,

I'm surprised you walk it off.

(B-but I'm trying,) I try!
Working oh so hard
But I never make excuses
For the things I've done.
Never ran away, I never run.

Why should I
have to cover my face?

Sins that my father bore
don't ride my back

or haunt this place.

I long for the solace
of the evergreen.

Reminisce
of innocence lost.
Where law don't live
and "wild" means "free".

I are who I am
cause all the places I've been.
I are who I am,
*I wouldn't give it *
for the world.

Winning is not all about beating your peers
Which many lose sight of, unfortunately.
It can be more about overcoming your fears
To be the best you can possibly be.

Ever since I was a child, I was always afraid of the dark
the totally normal fear of goblins and ghosts lurking in the dark
but as I grew up, the fear shifted
it was no longer fear of the monsters outside my room, but
the fear of the monster within
once the fear increased, the darkness inside increased until I was consumed
now I've never been one for hope, but **** the all powerful God is alive
He saw where I was, Loved me where I was, and freed me
now I live without fear
I live without darkness
I live in the Light
and man can I tell you, the light kicks darkness' ***
anytime
anywhere

The storms are rolling through again
Unleashing darkness and fear
Just keep holding me tight, love
Soon the skies will clear

They can beat us down and break us
But we will pick eachother back up
We will gather the scattered pieces
And sew them back together with love♡

They only want to hear of your suffering
They only whistle while you toil
They only #treadringsonagainonyour soul
So we lay down tar and feather quill to papier-mâché a roadway from our broken heart artery and bleed the anguish out into to a milkyworldwideweb.away to cure the Treading on Agony, be numb to the likes along the highway revel in the thin line between heaven and earth let your feet rise above your head and let your hand be the rubber on the road of revelations.

Your words collect themselves.
Smoke of blank ink–
The blots form hands and feet.

Hello, Leviathan.

Dearest,
Drag me to ceramic land.

Sink your fangs on my knees.
Claw; curl my shoulders.
Scratch, raise my sleeves.
Force my hand to my face.

Leviathan, Leviathan,
you've failed.

You've prepared me for prayer.
People's judgements have driven me to ED's. However, the pose you need to purge, is very similar to that of prayer.

In an instant, your life can change,
Individuals are not to blame,
Some women attract men so pitiful,
They can treat chicks so vomitable.
Strength of the human mind,
To overcome difficult times,
Need to focus on positive energy,
Not dwell on past negativity,
To overcome life's diversities,
So, looking forward, not looking back,
The road of life is one long track,
Maybe women are not to blame,
In an instant your life can change.
Inspired by personal experience, one headline in the newspaper. Feedback welcome.

Know fear
let it drip down your chin
like sweat off watermelons
right before the bite

Know fear
is coming down hard and fast
on the head of a child clairvoyance
before eating the pavement

Know fear
the clack of shoe straps loose
beneath your feet a *****-trap
attached to your body

Know Fear
and it will rain bows and
arrows pointed at the womb
waiting for your birth

Know Fear
when stars wave in harmony with
bars of bold color blood orange out rage
Your freedom ring digression

Know fear
will profit from your loss
like bulls and bears betting on blood
Dog eat dog world

Know Fear
has a spine like a porcupine
while you remove the quills
must write to reveal.

Know Fear
has a hand in your pocket
with heavy breath, and sweat, like
don't tell anybody else

You Must Know Fear
right before the bite, before eating the pavement
before it's attached to your body
Fear is waiting for your birth
for Your freedom ring digression
It's a Dog eat dog world
So you must write to reveal
Fear wins if you don't tell anybody else

Know No Fear
Let it drip down your chin,
but have no Fear
Tis coming down hard and fast,
but have no Fear
like the clack of shoe straps
loose Fear and it will rainbow sand
and when stars wave in harmony with Fearlessness
You will profit from your loss of fear
proof, poetry can come out of the darkness, loose your fears into your fingers and use it to fight your battles squeeze every morsel of meaning from it then squeeze harder. You will feel refreshed afterwards and peace will rain over you and your readers... I hope and pray and write blessings.
