As the trees aspire
We begin to tire
Another way the seasons came
Yet delivered all the same

Tides of change, crash on bay
Remain alone, not more to say
Scars atone, or maybe nay
But just as strange, begins the day

As the Sun appears and falls asleep
The darkness rushes to take the leap
The land has darken, though some may sleep
Our Beautiful moon makes a peep

From behind her mask, I sense a rush
A smile so soft, reveals her touch
The Moon removes her veil of clouds
For us to witness its beautiful pale blush

Wicks make bubbles, fuel to the flame
Some fun, some practice, some ritual,
Some pain
Soot blacken hands, Express what was desired
More seasons pass, more reasons left exspired
Days come and go.
Nights come and go.
Both are only measurements
Time is eternal

He is long gone
but I am here, right here where He left
at the same place where we first meet
where our love grew
where we look at each other from far corner
where He stole my number from record room
because He was too scared to talk to me
where we always walk pass each other like none of us exist
where I envy His intelligence
and He love my attitude
where He told me that He love me when the first time He lay His eyes on me
where I fight Him over little things
and He say sorry for my mistakes
where I wait for little glimpse of His presence
where He protect me from bad people
where I can rely on Him with my eyes close
where I woo perfection of His athletic body
and He make fun of my flimsy existence
where we make promises
where He leave me because people talk about us
because people will talk **** about me
because we have no future together
because we belong to different worlds
because our religions were different
but I am still standing there
waiting for Him
where we first fall for each other
Endless waiting for the Love of my life and I can wait forever

Restless hearts in rested seats
warming hugs in bedroom sheets.
Whispers hide in words so sweet
and laughs will lead our love to meet.
Dark rooms; loud films; hearts collide.
We met at a park by your place,
A hill overlooking a lakeshore vista.
The sunset hung over the horizon
As did our words, awaiting conversation.
The nerves got to me and so I flung my phone,
Your laughter a cacophony which my heart still adores.
We had pizza on a bench that night,
Or at least we tried;
Nights at the park have more bugs than we'd like.
But after all the talking and laughing and grinning,
It's our departing hug that sent me spinning.
I'd give everything to have that time again with you.
But alas, I needn't give anything,
For our nights are still this rich and full of youth.

All
We could have had it all
the rainy kisses
the long nights
the warm tights, the love, the storm, the screams, the fights the lights
in our eyes
when we found what we were looking for in everyone else
we could have had it all
but when we almost had everything
u just f*cking cut everything into pieces
and now I'm only left with
my own mind
kinda messy one. imagine it read out loud :)

Hark, while the wasteland breathes out silent whims,
And see, as night's aura cloaks distant trees;
A sinister echo of ancient hymns,
Floats up, in a creeping midsummer breeze.

As the miles sum up - an anxious bearing,
Rushes a vague fright up the fragile spine;
But with the city lights on watch, nearing,
This unsettling fear slides down the incline.

The unattended anxiety does go,
Which this travel in the dark did arise;
City lights torch a new fret although,
But far less weary, it, in question, lies.

Wearisome measures of the restless nights,
Merit resistance by the city lights.
Based on what traveling away from home to another city feels like to me.

and on the nights
we spend together,
out of breath
and tangled up,
i finally understand
what it means
to believe in
heaven.
