Honey-kisssed curls dance
Calm, she whistles while she works
Nectar on her lips

This haiku is dedicated to Melissa, the Goddess of Honey.

Another goddess who I adore even though there isn't much about her either. Anytime I see bees, I like to think that its Melissa calling them as their Queen, haha! I always love to live in a world of make believe.
Thank you so so much for 368, followers, that's honestly amazing!🙏🌹💜

Bolt-haired and moon-skinned
Kiss of dew nourish the Earth
Flora sweetened now

This haiku is dedicated to Ersa aka Herse, the Goddess of Dew.
There isnt much about her myth wise but still, I want to give every woman of myth love they much deserve! She's the daughter of Zeus of Selene but still she fascinates me, haha!
Thank you so so much for 367 followers, I'm honestly speechless and grateful! 🙏🌹💜

Eos

Dawn with rose fingers
Stars glimmer in lounging eyes
She weeps from heartbreak

Haiku for the day!
This one is for Eos, Goddess of Dawn.
Another unfortunate who was jealously cursed by love for fall for those who do not want her in turn...
Im taking it easy but expect more freeverses from me soon! I'm honestly grateful for the love and support. 🙏🌹💜

angel tears fill rivers full
and pull bulls full/
of broken bones and stones
oh, how Perillos shone
pledged life to the throne
Cruel, merciless Rome/
and fell to his death
with one last shuddering breath
said,
"they'll **** you yet"

In running water
She prepares her healing hands
Work upon the sick

Feeling better and back at it again!
I'll try to do these at least once a day now.

Whilom, sate taunted tortoise b' brook;
hoist'd hunger 'n haughty hoofs trod th' nooks
smothered stomach wrought foiled furrow -
sumptuous severity 'n grace glowed.

Thereupon eerie eyes espied;
bounty bowl ñ tide with salient sigh.
Apt acumen whispered t' him th' draw;
rustic rage rent b' pored passion's call.

Sewn strife b' haughty hurls was sore licked,
'n' wished h' th' tumbling tide would t' th' bowl spit,
but moist mirage choked worn wishes,
'til quethe sassy stream's ***** lips.

Anon, grew grousing nymph from waves,
wh' for bounty bowl (bruised brunch) had came.

“i will make you immortal,“ he says as his lips touch your skin, leaving trails of ash behind. you do not think of his words.

"i will make you immortal” he coaxes into your ear as he beckons you closer, the wax dripping from your wings and burn your skin as he reaches out to kiss you. it’s not enough.

"i will make you immortal” he whispers as he watches you fall, feathers fluttering around you, looking too divine in the midst of your fall. he couldn’t look away.

"i will make you immortal” he cried out as he watches the saltwater sea swallow up your golden touched, sunburnt body.

“i will make you immortal” he vows as you fade into a story about boys who fall in love with suns meant for the sea.

flowers bloom in the kitchen sink
where she lays with her eyes
sinking into her hollow skull.
‘what happened?’ he asks, his hand over his mouth-
horrified-
and a voice answers,
‘the pit inside her
grew and grew
until it was no longer just a pit-
it was Tartarus,
and it swallowed her whole.’
