Maybe it's boring in the house
All tasks done, dishes are clean
No leftovers, gone was the mouse
Abode holy and so pristine
So is the contents of the refrigerator
So he left for awhile, left the TV on
And left with cloud slippers on
Maybe today is a rest day
Get some fresh air outside
Maybe today is a new day
Get some motivation outside
So I went to turn off the television
He might be too busy nowadays
Then I saw and understood why
He was crying on some days
The shows were realistic and sad
People hurting and loving each other
In a cycle of love and hate and more hate
The paradise is slowly rotting away
Smoke hides the cry of Mother Earth
Held on to modern and liberated beliefs
As they care about themselves more than others
And I know this time that He left for good
And maybe this time, this is for His own good

Demons don’t need horns
They don’t need to be given
The horns, the pitchfork,
Or the tail
Because not all demons are that bad

When I was younger
I used to believe
That demons just upped
And left heaven
Or were thrown out
Because they weren’t like
The angels
Then they got to hell
And realised
That heaven was just like hell
But with a better view.

So now
Hell is empty
And all the devils are here
