Buds bursting, coloured pale
Birds tending twigs to nests
Lambs fall about and flail
Farmers try to look their best

Market time has come again
The people weave and wind
Stuffed stalls and scrbbling pen
Church bells start to chime

Children hold their parents' hands
Puppies start to whine
Instinct says to lope the land
But only if tis thine

Steaming pits of people coil
Grey morning sunlight
Puddles iridescent with oil
Blasted seagulls fight.

The rain will come, human fingers
Will grasp at crisp packets
Cigarrette but stench lingers
Still the seagus make a racket.

For love they sell pretty flowers
For death condolence cards
The merchant will use his powers
Decorum lies in splintered shards.

So feast and sneeze as seasons
Change and placate your winter
Hunger, swallow reasons
Lest in your palm they splinter.

Dear diary,
I'm forever lopsided.
It's as if one side of me has gone to market,
And the other side went all the way home
And the rest of me is all caught in the middle
Torn, divided, uncertain
And somehow this is all set to the smell of roast beaf.

No laughs and no apologies
The door was left ajar
“You may assist yourself at the mezzanine.”
girls cascade as men pose
strategically
in shark skin suits
like swimming tessellations
corners fit against corners
bait fish schools
Moving in murmurations
No one ever looks up
at the ocean top glass ceiling
Their eyes are aimed downwards
waiting to see a massive shadow rising up
from the sea floor
No one knows what goes on down there
down where the sand is so cold,
where the flesh of the bait fish drift and
the ***** pick at remnants on whale bones.

It's sad watching
Songs sing prices
Or artwork paint products
Beauty with two meanings.

I don't hate money,
I don't hate greed,
I do hate the things that I see
Being sold to me.

Magic wants to tell you
About the wonderful prices
At your supermarket.
Not that I care.

Magic to me
Was something to remind me
That life would never be dead to me
That life is not about buying.

But still, it's the best way to live,
So sell on.
Capitalism is still the best method, don't get me wrong, but nothing's perfect.

Steamy and hot,
The lady shouts two cents, no! three!
For the loaf of bread
People bustling everywhere
Where they are going, no one knows.

The air smells of baked goods and ashy smoke
Vendors call and cry
An old woman covered in a scarlet shawl
Examines a basket of fresh dates
20 cents a pound

Two people are bent over an old tattered rug for sale
With the design of a fiery dragon on the side.
Only 10 dollars.

Letters and fliers blow across the cobbled street
And the sun beats down
Upon ripe grapefruits
And shining sugar coated buns

The Baker Square;
Where I grew up
Lies! Money is greed, greed is money,
Credit is given to the wrong types of people.
The stupid ones who were not taught
How to behave with their newfound freedom
And systems of fake income!
Don't spend what you do not have,
But they believed they had everything.
Love. Money. ***. Fame and fortune, the world
Was in their hands!
Until it all crashed down in 1929

The sky start shading,
flashlight flicking it all the way,
vehicles honking all away.
I stand day,
among desolated trees.

Bulbs start glowing
Birds cease chirping
Wind still whistling
I stand still,
among desolated trees

Moths start flying in hoping
I too love them tonight.
They crave for light
that killed all last night.
I stand lone,
among desolated trees

My light starts fading as
the dawn starts gazing.

So now I stand on paved
ground turned off,
hoping you do heart me
Is all that I pray.
It's about the lamppost in busy market along which couples takes photos. Where a man stand in hat and face covered and gives us the solemn look of lamppost.

Today while coming back from work
Make a visit to market of humanity
I saw, our respected friend scruples sales...
  ...... Maturity... with happiness

I stepped-forward to him...... and asked.....
‘You are here?’
He said, “What I can do! For everything you have to do marketing!”
I asked “how do you sale maturity?”
He replies “it is a matter of investment!
Now definition and priority changes.....
Maturity..... means.... maturity of policy, bond, fixed deposit....
Then only you can purchase happiness in this market.......”

I again inquired,
“What is ‘its cost’.......?”
He replied,
“Your investment is depending on how much happiness you want to procure!
Some time it is free, if you will exchange your getting on happiness with new! “

I left the market, with a plan to make a search
about our getting on happiness to get a new !
