Looks for two

Don't Lose Yourself
Remember who you are
You have things and you want things
You've become things and you're becoming things
Beautiful, good and decent things
Which bring great joy to the one true ruler
And honor to your rightful king
So don't lower your gaze or piercing sight
For ANYTHING!
For anyone who has no claim
Or cannot understand the way
That your eyes tend to see such things
Designed as they were for such a struggle
Born and bread for such a fight
For such a sight
Don't lower your line of sight for anything
Keep your head up, not because it needs to be, but so that you can continually look up and out. To see where you're going. Where you need to be.

She stopped
chewing her gum
and looked
straight at me
She said "want to?"
I said "Yeah"
and we did

Yeah
The eyes, as they look
No one gives the hoot
He was one last hope to last
But dead in brain
Soon his grave burnt in fears
Nothing could hold back her tears
...
A shiver
Clinched his hands
And the town was no more like the past
And a hero dies
As the town falls

Just one look of you and
I knew that this was the end of me.

Poetry* has never hurt like this before. I beg of you, drown this

hurt, and **** it with your last  touch. Touch my skin with your lips, let them rest against my bare neck. And let me drown in

you as well the disillusionment of a love  separated by the stars. Spare me one last look, tame in me this fire that yearns for you,

this fire that can't be put out.  Save me. From myself, one last night, before we say goodbye.

the look at only me syndrome
is best characterized this way
everyone's attention must be
focused on the fab one's ray*

his or hers motto you'll recognize
it reads don't stop looking
keep the eyes trained only
on the super one's booking

avert not your gaze from me
for me is the most brill to see
you'll see that in every view
your pupils will ever see

look at me
ain't me a striking sight to
see
look at me
you'd just have to

I must apologize for my eyes.
It's really difficult
For me
To get mine
To leave yours.

Where did I go?
Should I go with the flow?
Did I lose myself?
Is that me on the shelf?
Can you lend me a hand?
Or are you on your last stand?
Does using your senses disappear?
Or, maybe use your eyes or ears?
Could it be my worst fear?
Who have I become?
What says my cerebrum?
Can you answer that?
Am I falling flat?
What can we do?
Feeling  blue, are you, too?
Is this as awkward for you as it is me?
Don't you want to be free?
Why so many questions?
Why deny my affections?
I mean, how many can there be?
Don't you want to see?
Don't you want to just go home?
Or, do you wish to roam?
Is there enough time before dark?
Did you hear the dog bark?
You hear it, too?
Do you think it's just us few?
Thank goodness, but what now?
Do you smell something foul?
Ugh, is that something sticky?
Gross, better get out of here quickly!
