What are you doing darling?  I'm thinking of you today,
I think of you as a human,
(you buy milk,  take out the garbage, - clean the house)
then I repeat "stop thinking" I listen to you, believe me, I listen to you,

Let's not pretend today we don't wait for each other,
we don't see each other in the corner of the eye,

You know very well that I didn't leave and I didn't come,
(do not make me cry)
I have not forgotten, nor can I remember,
(do not make me cry)
even if I try, I can't forget you,
untamed immortality what have I done to you?
why do you bury yourself in oblivion,
come tell me what I did to you (do not make me cry)

Why did you call me?- then hide in words wrapped in lead,
That's why you call me? untamed divine thrill,
to ask my helplessness, if I ask you the same,
Come, and listen, see those sad poems marching on the streets
at the Rio Carnival,  decorated in sun feathers,
come, don't be silly, come, -
Lets at last, for one day, be lost in the rays of the sun
and the shadows of the sweet grass,

Stay with me where there is no breath of man and woman,
there is no reason to speak, no greedy words burned in incense,
no parting in death or touching whispers,
echo of mercy, play in the breath of the deaf depth,
Come, play, bathe in the light of me, let me pamper you,
you'll be the earth, I - thin grassroots,
We will admire the lovers bathing in kisses

Believe me, please, believe me, I can't afford to forget  you,
I don't know your face (forgive me for that too)
do not make me cry,
I can not afford to forget you, I have no way of forgetting,
(although today I tried to think of you as a human)

Marooned within a span of finitude
We claim we are lost forever!
Our hearts beat violently inside our rib cages,
Trying to tell us truths that we brush off as myths.
We paint our houses and bodies with brilliant colours and darkest inks,
Hoping that it would make up for the ugliness we harbour!
We spin fantasies locked up in self-made prison cells,
Sidelining the hideous realities as not part of 'our story'...
We carry our vulnerabilities as a taboo,
(I, sadly, would not blame each one separately for it)
We have woven this illusion together with our cloudy minds.
If a bird could judge high from the sky
It would have made out the fragmentary lives we live in...
Inside a single fortress surrounded by high walls, yet violence if we traverse the margin between two rooms!
If and only if, we would have understood that it doesn't require too much a sacrifice to unite
That we can leave our homes simply plastered and our minds simply open.
Urged by a force to change, if only we had exposed ourselves to paint graffiti on that common wall that surrounds us,
Splashing ingenious shades of love and brotherhood,
Of a fluttering feeling of oneness and entanglement.
We would have laughed together, danced with glee and holding our hands together we would have escaped unto a better reality...
If only it was true, I wonder
How spectacular a place the world would have been !
Will we leave our egos behind to paint the common wall around us?
Thank you for reading this! ❤✨

Love is like the ocean
In which our lives drifting apart
In the forms of wave
In every full moon night
Our life gets change
BLACK AND EVERY LIVES MATTER

Much more to humanity than being White or Black, no inferiority nor superiority.

No African No American and nothang like Asian. All I see on earth is humans.

No black no white or yellow complexion, but all were humans of same kind.
All Lives Matter. And if humans should be categorized, Black Lives Matter.

Why do we **** each other? It doesn't really matter who you're nor where you from, we were nothang but brother.(s)

He Who wishes the world peace would not alone dwell therein. Black lives matter as well as every other's.

We have got to change the way we live, change the way we think, we got to change the way we treat each other.

We need to change the way we perceive one another. What's love if what we only understands is to **** each other?

The black needs the white and what could the white do without the black? Even the world is made Black and White. So tell me why do white hate on black?

(I asked my little lad here of the type of color, all he could first mentioned was Black and White.)

So tell me
since we all realized both white and black were divine colors,
why do we have to fight one another?

Instead of us building humanity and making the world a better place for everyone.

Let us not spare any room for racism in our world. If we can't be together, why would God made us together? He would have set us on a separate world.

Why do we have to live under oppressive laws? How do lives survive where and when solidarity becomes history?

Much more to life than poverty. All lives matter no difference. No Peace for a wicked mind, If nobody tell you, who seen you ever made it higher by bringing others  down?

Let he who is without sin be the first to cast the stone. Mistakes are inevitable in our world.

Even the judges can be wrong too. Why do we judge each other, and yet telling people to be themselves and yet judge them?

All lives matter. Corona plaque has no place in our midst and social distancing doesn't separate us, hatred do ****** us.

We got to learn to be a  brother's keeper, no to racism because Black and every lives matter.

Like any other Friday
I wake up early
get ready and
go work

but...

today,
I heard them,
and paused as I took
that first step out of the front door

the screams of my ancestors,

the desperate plea from
wrongly accused men,

the last words and breathe
of every black man,
woman,
and child
murdered in cold blood...

I heard their warning.
“Don’t go.”

I called off work.

As a black man in America, it is common knowledge that as soon as I take a step outside, I am in danger. Justice in this country is non-existent (as if it ever existed in the first place for my people).

Thank you, ancestors.
for the warning.

Lemme see your hands,
That's what the officer said,
But he still shoots like he couldn't see my hands,
Why did you shoot me?
I kept my hands visible,
I didn't resist or reach in my pockets.

You ain't need to pull out and fire your gun,
All that was unnecessary,
You think just because you're an officer of the law,
That you're above the law,
You're not above the law,
You need to be better at protecting and serving,
Stop killing us.

Protect us and stop killing us,
I'm just a innocent black man,
The black on black crime getting scary,
Black lives matter,
Ths color of my skin makes life harder,
Had a target on my back since birth.
STOP KILLING US.

With bloodshot eyes and placards
We're on the streets for our sisters' plight
Marching ,chanting and praying
For our brothers that lost their lives.

We refuse to accept your lies
We continue fight for the truth and life
And some of you say it's our sister's fault
She walked right into this chaos
If she didn't, it would have saved us
The stress and rumors that are before us.

Same thing you said about our daughters
Who are still trying to write letters
Who are in classes and taught alphabeta.
They should have known this would happen
They should have known that this uncle
Would penetrate after he opens.

I wonder how unfeeling you are
How you sit back and encourage justice to wither.
I tried to accept that you would later
See reason with the victim's father
Or mother or sister or friend because we're meant to help each other.

Remember that girl you held and plundered is indeed someone's daughter.
I wrote this during the Black lives matter movement, never got to put it up until now lol. I hope y'all like it
