Favorite poem!
Best conjuring of loneliness in words I have ever seen.
The phrase "a leaf falls" is embedded in the word loneliness.
The visual aspect of the poem conveys the mood very well.
Also, analysis of each line reveals that the arrangement is deliberate.
L(a, or 'la' in french is the feminine form of 'one' or 'the'
'le', also in french is the masculine form
The next two lines, 'af' and 'fa' mirror each other
ll, again, singular
'one', self explanatory
'l' functions as one (1)
And the second half of the segmentation, which reads "oneliness" suggest a declaration of wholeness but also solitude.

This is my story.
Do not assume that you
Are the hero, even though

I dedicated a lot of

Lengthy chapters to you.

You are just a
Leaf passing through,
Leaving a slight impression

On a few pages and

A pop of colour among

Some black and white words.

You are a spot of blue ink

Left in the corner, as I wrote

Quickly and passionately

On white blank pages.

You are the muse I loved

Enough to write into my story
And spend time nurturing,
Creating something beautiful
However long it may have lasted.

But do not forget,
Even for a second that

This is my story.

However incomplete or

nonsensical it may seem.
However narcissistic I may sound.
How many ever hours

I spent crafting it.

Rough

Draft

Over

Rough

Draft.

This is my story.
For any broken hearts that need this. I've written a lot about love, thought it was time to write something about getting over it. Enjoy. :)

Sans anyone chance occurs alone
Thinking of couthy feelings  got up the pen
And nice debanoir therein whisper none
Some banal cliches to mind with whom what
                                                              new i can !

Same time notice the leaf to fall
But it's zeal to down for some time win
It's reeling making childish call
Gruff wind reave it being of nature's mean !!

Wind's deed to be gruesome
To deprive it from origion
Wind doing this continued but leaf's mum
Because of strength that's main reason !!!
An observation...

Underneath the sky trees are graced with perfection,
I forgot just what to say, lost my place in this novel,
Was I writing to keep track of the clouds? Life is short,
But how short can this be? I can't live for one, or grovel.

Like a tiny leaf I blow on the wind, accept for this leaf
Is unguided, raised in a bad life but still people seek
To make sure I'm brought to the water and made to drink.
I've seen you before, who are you though? Why can't I let you go?

The world just seems to spin so slow, but hey, that's my life!
In only about 50 years I should be gone, what can I do?
Live from moment to moment? Be teased and need the knife?
I've got to get by somehow, I've got to reach out and find you.

I still can't figure out why I fell in love, but all I can say is wow,
You're hot, and if I could be anywhere in the world it's right
Next to you, if ever I get to be I want to kiss you here and now,
You're always on my mind Nikki, I just can't make an eternal vow.

Little twisted pages,
Soiled by frantic fingers
In you I hope I've outgrown
the woes of days gone by.
Your delicate leafs crackle
now gently peeled apart;
thick with tales of past
and hopes for future;
Summers' days are immortalized
by stale, flattened daffodils
and arrow pierced love hearts.
Words flow in arching loops
leaning top heavy to the right.
One of my own favourite poems :)

You are a rose and I am a simple leaf
People adore you while I watch from the trees
You handle yourself with dignity and pride
While I'm easily swept by the wind's blowing tide

You are a rose the most confident of them all
And I am a leaf that can easily fall
You have this beauty that radiates love
That beauty you have I could sense from above

You are a rose that can only stay in the grass
And I am a leaf that wishes to be with you at last
But you are a rose and I am a simple leaf
People will adore you, while I can only watch from the trees

A leaf caught upon a breeze
Spinning in one place,
As if the earth was
Repelling,
Shunning,
Dancing
Upon gravities whims
I watch hypnotised by this
Dancing leaf,
I asked if in need of help
But its words were but silence
Spinning,
Caressed,
Flowing
With the delicate movments
Granted by the breeze,
I stepped closer to see this natures dance
And upon silken thread did it hold tight,
"Never falling to earth"
Hanging,
Suspended,
Graceful
Movements, its time may come to fall
But for now it dances upon silken thread
Dancing within  the breathe of the *gentle breeze.

Oak sprouts from soil,
leaves dangiling on the tree,
Sit, and watch happen.

Love everyone
Every leaf
Every ray of light
Forgive
clinging desperately
a lone leaf
on an autumn branch,
enduring the cold winds that blow--
the breath of winter,
the darkened skies,
the bare branches of skeleton trees.
one more push and it will fall,
swoop down in all poetic glory,
to paraphrase life's forgotten misfit ideals--
no matter the tenacity of the leaf,
how strong its stem holds,
falling is fate,
and rotting is
inevitable.
slowly slowly slowly dying
