Silly little bird
Lost the direction
Drifting away
With the winds
Come home
Flutter in
Awaiting love
A calling
Pick a way
Following the stars
Mark the stones
Fly high
Through the night
Along the day
Back to realm
The heart
While it beats
The kingdom awaits

What scattered life, has become of me
From the dim and narrow
I open my eyes, deeper and see
That the world is not shallow

The configuration, of what will be
Has assigned me a shadow
That shows me the traces of the past
and proceeds beyond my tunnel

Such a damp cold curse, once tangled tight and burst
Left me a widow
Beating on the chest in bewilderment
For a loss that seemed vital

For His words heaped down like a roman crown just before a battle –
all I once knew,
was now mangled and skewed
as my Empire crumbled

the rise and fall of drawbridges
cant hide what has been won
I used up my only heart
For what- a mere token?

But Seasons changed -
Again, the world seems open -
And then I find that happiness
Is harder than it’s spoken

The Noble queen once said to me,
your time is nearing
What did she mean, I've wondered
will I see the morning?

Let out a shrill unleash of will,
my heart and lungs breathed ill
But your embrace was a stronger lace
Than the substance in this pill

And it was true, I never knew
Of stars to be aligned
Such prophesies, seemed but a tease
For those who lead the blind

You Shine on me like embers
From A glowing fireside
I cannot help but feel in doubt
Of the kindness you reside

How can it be, quite steadily
I feel, as I am sure
That what you are, is not a blur
With sharper aperture

I’m bold and blue –I’ll ask of you
Upon which star you flew
Your trail so bright, sheds me a light
that I have never knew

No fate can quite illuminate
The way it’s meant to be
Can't choose the way in which we sway
Like wind upon a tree

I woke to something beautiful
You laying next to me –
And I’ll project: Eternity.
There’s nowhere I'd rather be

You woke me from a blurry sleep
killed voices in my head
lifted the shade - shed light on this haze
Made living of the dead.

Im not afraid of where you lead
I’ll run away tonight
Darkness cannot haunt my dreams
With you, I’ve found my light.

When too bored I get
Seldom I do regret
The opportunity to get up
And knock some pigeons out
New always gets old
and old always gets bored
Nothing anymore
Seems to excite the neuron
Repetition is so dull
Makes life absolutely null
Been there, done that
What is so new about the act?
Same words, same path
Where is the fire and the wrath?
Even writing this is a task
Blowing away an empty cask
Boredom is inevitable
Pushing yourself is manageable
Go deeper and down
With everything in the town
Will find the new kingdom
And get out of the boredom..
One lazy afternoon...

It's hard to sit on the throne
Of a palace built on paradise
When you are the king
of nothing.

Empty homes with dying fires
the fall to follow Rome,
a light to burn the empires.
Torn children's clothing piled on funeral pyres
Abandoned hallways, crumbling spires

Unorganized, unreliable, unfit to be king,
solemnly awaiting what his future will bring
The frost and wilt, deepening their wound until spring
His decade of rule, never sparing anything

Watch the skyline, now kiss it lightly
find the final flower and hold it tightly
Petals will fall, plunging into the universe of the unsightly
Mourn its beauty, and pray for a world more sprightly

Scaffolding in ruins, hallways lonely all along
The final moment of the crown,
   a serenade of sparrow song
A lively toast to a drawn-out life that went all wrong
Wounded always, but shallowly at most,
'Life', as they say, 'must go on'

Towns rebuild, and castles to destruct
Earth's natural tears drown and erase ten years' bad luck
Winter melts away, and the world's icy soul thaws at last to interrupt
The cold, once widely-told chattering of a kingdom corrupt

Corroded statues, no more laughter at all
A new man settles in, the trigger for the downfall
The world freezes again, crops iced once more, and the livestock dead in every stall.
If there was ever a valid point to living a life,
     the people could never recall

Like a safe refuge for a wandering mind;
Leaving all, what was left, far behind,
Like wires go distance from pole to pole,
I am the captain on the ship of my soul.
My clipped wings still dare to fly;
Always sang war songs as I never cry,
Carefree with agonies of world so small;
Trying to rise from ashes of the fall,
Miseries do happen, they make me strong;
Never a day is shorter, no night is long,
As these waves prostrate on the shore;
A million desires keep knocking my door,
Beneath my wounds is no pain, but light;
Besides all odds, there’s lies a right,
Breathing in victory; Breathing out freedom,
My time is here, My Kingdom has come.
