june;
before july,
after may.
the influential month of summer.
drinking the alcohol left over from last week.
swimming in pools that don't belong to us.
skipping rocks in the creek by your house.
walking thirteen miles to sit together,
and watching the sunset.
pure bliss,
without anxiety for the school year to start.
contentment,
without complaining about walking those god ****** thirteen miles.
i stub my toe on a rock that i don't see
because i'm laughing at your stupid grin.
that's june.

Soft is the wind ere the trees
And rough is my voice running through each
As are flowers in the month of June, so beautiful
And yet cursed by the coming fall
As after which, above the earth, all else will fall
Until the clouds and morning dew have meld in, above the heath
Ungrown as I am in the mind of you
But it would not be so, if you would see me through
*smile without speech*

June feels short and raw,
Like grass and orange squash and warm knees,
I'm squeezing fresh citrus over my open heart,
Letting everything in,
The breeze, the news, the change in skies,
Your eyes,
Letting it all in to flood my bones,
As I fall.

It is for her birthday
Drawing eyeliner
Like she is painting her most beautiful dreams
Ruby red on her lips
Vivid as blood that flow trough her veins
Rich as roses
Bold, brave and blooming

Black lace dress on her skin
Her heart is purest pearl
The everlasting jewelry
Deep as ocean that only few could perceive

But today she is clueless
Blowing candles
Counting numbers
Making wishes
Might the burdens be washed away
For the next years to come
She would really dress up and celebrate her self aging
Youthfully, happily, gracefully
Sharing her birthday cake with real laughter on June 6

Red is the colour of passion,
The colour she died her hair.
Orange is the colour of a carnation,
So pure and so fair,
Yellow is the colour of Happiness,
The joy and glee in a smile.
Green is the colour of nature,
So fresh and refreshing.
Blue is the colour of sadness,
When you need a helping hand.
Indigo is the colour underneath your eyes,
When you stay up late with those you love.
Violet is the colour of her ribbon,
When she leaves your room at dawn.

Love is beautiful, Love is special.
Don't let it go by you.

See the wristwatch that attached on my hand is spinning
Time keeps changing
Even the earth rotates exceptionally
I've been trying to understand for a long time
Something that is part of me
and everyone has it's own
Start this lovely month fascinatingly
Inhale the new air
Cause this is the season of gemini

Maybe this summer?
Maybe these stars?
Will be the distant midnight fires
Which will look down upon this tired old heart
And rejoice as it falls
Endlessly
Stumbling upon the greatest love of all
Maybe this summer? Maybe these stars?

The early days of April
Have started resembling
Those of May and June
For a coastal city like Pondy

It is too dry and hot
It is driving humid
It is too nasty
and....

this pattern is going to stay..
Pondy is the short name for Pondicherry, India. The  weather pattern is changing fast and what are we going to do about this?

In an airplane on a rainy Tuesday night, you were sitting next to me
I was wearing ripped up tights and stolen jewelry
You took my hand and leaned into me, I saw a lady walk by
She had dark lipstick and green smokey eyes
She was walking fast with her high heeled shoes, slipping off a ring
She threw it down and I heard her say, "I'll never miss a thing."
"Ladies and gentlemen, fasten your seats,"
I run my fingers through your hair, blonde, silk, and soft
I hear the boy behind me, breathing hard, trembling knees
I said "Honey, lean back and close your eyes, listen to the machine sing."
You were falling asleep, I watched the city streets diminish as we flew into the darkening sky and mesmerizing lights
The city was my kingdom and the clouds were my throne
I can be your queen, we'll rule heaven till it falls
Soaring grey machines and ocean's eyes, to the gods' great home
Open up the gates and you can save us all
Listen to the machines sing
The sky will set you free
