Fear... What is fear but a pointless excuse to not go above and beyond... to not do the unthinkable, the unimaginable. Why is fear your excuse to not excel at something you have dreamed of. Do not let fear hold you back.

~
Introduced at a young age
I come to you when i'm full of rage
or drowning in the memories of pain
When the feeling of worry enters my brain
you wish it away like ridding a stain
you wrap me up
warm and snug in your arms
Your hot breath like hot chocolate in a cup
Your raspy voice

Whispering sweet nothings
calming my mind through all the noise
I miss you when your not around
You're the heaven i'm glad I found
I long for your unique drug
or even a quick half hearted hug
I know it's working when my bones relax
or my eyes start rolling back
Your breath on my neck
your touch is the best

Dragging across my chest
I need you
more than air
sharing you is so unfair
I wait all day for your soothing tone
please never leave me alone
I love when you appear
running you fingers through my hair
as I lay under covers you quickly rush over me
I love when you're holding me

You show me many things
But seldom show me yourself
You teach me to conquer every obstacle
But to be concur with myself
I am not contempt with mind
You persuade me to think past that
when I ask asked you for advice
You said listen to the wise man
He as a lot of it
The business part of God
Made us corporate
We allow what shouldn't be

My mother never taught me anything?
Her soul was gentle
Never treated my body as a shameful object
I was not told to wear another layer
For shoulders were distracting
My ******* were not caged
Because they were mine and I loved them
And how could loving yourself be wrong?

My father never taught me anything?
His arms never held shut doors
So that my short skirt could not get through
I asked if I looked beautiful
He would always tell me so
Not throw me a pair of pants and demand I change
I smiled at my reflection
Why would he change that?

Parents can teach you only so much
Math, science, English, manners
But to love your body
The parts people shame you to cover
Is the best thing a young girl could ask
I love my parents

"I've seen people with half your talent succeed. Imagine what you could do" he said. These are words I'll cherish forever.

Having someone who sees the best in you, even when you are at your worst is the most amazing thing ever.

Everything will be
okay in the end
and if
its not okay
then it is not the end
Beautiful quote I wanted to share, not mine and I could not pinpoint whom created it. I feel as though it has really deep meaning for those who are experiencing a rough moment in there life, it has the encouragement to keep fighting, and almost reassures the interpreter that everything will be alright.

Looking for another acting award
An actor asked one poor, what his shoe looks like
The unfortunate caught off guard
But he smiled, then answered with no fright

Well, today it doesn’t look so well
You see I don’t wear it now
Looping sun and rain hurt it like hell
But it is tough and survive somehow

It stands tall against the mighty storm
I really appreciate its endurance
But as time goes by, its look deformed
I don’t know if it can take another resistance

So here I am now walking on the street barefooted
But may I ask you sir, why are you asking for my shoe
You see I can’t buy one, my pocket is so wounded
Hence believe me about my footwear, it’s all true

Looking for another acting award
An actor asked one poor, what his shoe looks like
Now he got the best trophy reward
A teary eye, a lesson that deeply strikes

An actor may claim that they know what’s the poor shoe looks like
Little they know that some aren't wearing one...

some seek art in sidewalk cracks
or between fragile spines of old books
and some search for meaning
through the gaps between the oak trees
where solitude exists and melts
together with the prismatic hues of
every sunset fading into memory

some find purpose in silence
or rather, the center of bustling conversation
and some find beauty in the enigma of the ocean
and the shy touch of the sun, warm,
like butter coating our lonely souls

everyone but her,
she never had to search, for her masterpiece
was herself.
her love was made of notes strung together
and played colorfully, radiating through the air
as smooth as mother's finest silk, and
with every beat, she painted the most beautiful
of images, dancing along to the hum of her heart
that never understood the meaning of silence

and her paradise meant being blinded
by stage lights and pride, each song
a testament built by bones
that taught themselves how to bend
but remain vigilant,
because breaking was never an option
in her pink-ribboned world of piercing perfection

but they will continue to search for happiness
in howling wind and steady rain,
never bothering to find her smile
fluttering effortlessly in the music,
that smile- the one that could put
the world's most beautiful dance
to shame

We need to stop caring about what people think of us.
How we look, how we act, how we love.
Each person is different.
Each person is unique and beautiful.
We need to see the beauty within ourselves and not wait for others to see it first.
Wait for no one.
Do not let your happiness depend on other people.
You are beautiful.
You are unique.
You are loved.
You deserve a life full of happiness.
