pain is relative;
my relative;
relating to
myself.
pain
is a
bit
of a
mess.
pain is
life's way,
a warning to
my head, “oh,
hey, you are alive,
hey, you are a thing.
that thing can bleed and
cry and scream but hey, hey,
it’s not too much, never say it’s
too much, please, stop for a bit, step
away from the edge, i’m sorry, hey come
back here, you aren’t done, will never be done.”
pain, my friend, don’t lie, your name is really Hope.
the shape is the thing that sticks in your throat when you want to speak but tricks you into thinking you don't need to

I feel like people don't take my poetry seriously because of my age.
I'm tired of it.
That is all, Thanks for hearing me out

Love Me Back
if you can
I promise to hold your hand through thick and thin,

Love Me Back
if you can
find some love in your heart for me again

Love Me Back
if you can
I just wanna be happy
with you again

Love Me Back
if you can
please don't let go of my hand

Love Me Back
Don't Walk away
I love you more and more everyday!

Love Me Back
my heart will break if you say your heart dont feel the same

Love Me Back
please dont go
your the only one I love
I just wanted you to know

incase the road gets tough
and your legs can no longer walk
and your hands can no longer hold on
and your mouth can no longer speak
and your heart skips a beat I'll always be there with an extra arm and some new feet. I love you always
Hey
I can't tell if
You're there or
not

But I imagine
That you're still
around

Hey you with the amazing smile,
would you smile for a while?

Hey you the one with the gorgeous eyes,
would you give me the time of day?

Hey you, yes you...
Do you know how good looking you are?

How beautiful you are out,
just as much as you are in...

Hey you....
Why don't you stay a while.

You're the direction
I follow to get home
When I feel like I can't go on,
you tell me to go
& it's like I can't feel a thing
without you around
& don't mind me if I
get weak in the knees
'cause you have that
effect on me, you do

Everything you say,
everything time we kiss,
I can't think straight,
but I'm okay
& I can't think anybody else
who I hate to miss as much
as I hate missing you

Months going strong now,
& no goodbye
Unconditional, unoriginal,
always by my side
Meant to be together,
meant for no one but each other
You love me,
I love you harder so

So please, give me your hands
So please, give me a lesson
on how to steal, steal my heart
as fast as you stole mine, as you stole mine

Oh, & everything you say,
every time we kiss,
I can't think straight,
but I'm okay
& I can't think of anybody else
who I hate to miss as much
as I hate missing you

So please, give me your hands
So please, just take my hand
Hey Monday

You called my name out of the blue
I turn around at the sight of you
I asked you what is it
But you  just smiled and waved it off
It was an amusing thing to see
You who seemed so distant
Cold, boring, quiet, lifeless
Turn into a completely new person
Someone warm and welcoming
Yet manly, confident, and gentle
All at just one glance
The moment was too picturesque
Astonishing, breath-taking, priceless
That I could not utter anything else
A simple act made me feel all giddy
That little smile got me on high
Oh how I wish I had more time
To spent sweet nothings with you
I should say
I like this feeling
I hope you're feeling the same way
Because you had awoken
The inner romanticist in me
You stirred  my intellect
As much as you captured my heart
And knew my soul
Super random, but inspired by YOU!
We were mixing our affections
Kissing Dixie cups of wine
Laughing at the passing time

Our fingertips touching
And wishing for another
Chapter to be read

We were down at the barn
Where the horses stay

We were hanging around
messing around in the hay

You dropped your Dixie cup
I threw mine away
You smiled and said what the hey

The moon came harvesting
The stars were laughing
And we had our day that night

I'm standing under the eave
the rain turning streets into rivers
I'm waiting for my dam-da-di-dey

I see umbrellas,
plastered in their faces,
people scatter hurriedly,
all looking for their dam-da-di-deys

then you, with hair all soaked, you're running
to this old sack of blood
the taste of cold rain
on your lips
and a dam-da-di-dey
hey
