Fear is what brings us together on these hard days,

This fear we have is irrational,
but we know no better due to the facts of the media that gives us.
They think that telling us and lying to us is the best bet,
giving us false information.

Fear is something that does help us in these times,
but it also consumes us with greed.

Only helping yourself, and no one else,
thinking that this is the way to do it,
thinking that selling necessities at higher costs
is the right thing to do?

Fear is something we cannot give into,
especially in times like this.

As we shout and dance about life’s mysterious game
So greedy we all are for riches and our fifteen minutes of fame
You won’t have an ounce, once you are buried and gone
But for me sharing and caring is plenty enough in this life

Maybe a bit at a time like around half of what we got
Would be ample for someone without having the lot
Then you’d realise this life is not all that it’s cracked up to be
