I've seen good.
I've seen great.
I've seen love.
I've seen hate.
I've seen fire.
I've seen rain.
I've seen joy.
I've seen pain.
I've seen a lot in my time.
But just once, I'd like to feel it all
Before I reach the end
Of this mountain climb.

what are
two drunken
laughing and
making nonsense
whilst
wearing sneakers
and walking
in the snow
around a lake
without
the lamps shining
and cold wind howling?

well,
definitely not
a good idea

but did
this night
make great memories?

definitely
also check out my other poems!  :)

Hello Hi , its the mac attack to counter strike
and hit you back when shade is thrown,
I've lived my life in utter shambles , now the
king sits on the other side of the universe from
a crowded place in dept , greed and hate mixed with deception,
the stakes are too high now,
what it takes is social economic status
to further situate the problems that we all face,
you better wake up and pray,
bow to the gods and goddesses in their wake,
better quick learn where your place,
is what you need to be gracious,
find a peace thats more spacious,
live your life , **** a racist , a bigot , a pessimist,
lifes mysterious , a blurry mist,
don't you ever be scared of this,
simulate your mind as fearless,
everybody don't know what real is,
can we give you quick lesson?

Cherokee Prayer
loose translation/interpretation by Michael R. Burch

As I walk life's trails
imperiled by the raging wind and rain,
grant, O Great Spirit,
that yet I may always
walk like a man.

This prayer makes me think of Native Americans walking the Trail of Tears with far more courage and dignity than their “civilized” abusers.

Native American Travelers' Blessing
loose translation/interpretation by Michael R. Burch

Let us walk together here
with earth's creatures great and small,
remembering, our footsteps light,
that one wise God created all.

Cherokee Travelers' Blessing III
loose translation/interpretation by Michael R. Burch

May Heaven’s warming winds blow gently there,
where you reside,
and may the Great Spirit bless all those you love,
this side of the farthest tide.
And wherever you go,
whether the journey is fast or slow,
may your moccasins leave many cunning footprints in the snow.
And when you look over your shoulder, may you always find the Rainbow.

The Great Wall of China
goes on mile after mile.
Keep walking high
rise onto roofless towers!

We have day and night
a coin has two sides.
There are here and hereafter
hell and paradise
a mundane earth
and a heavenly sky!

Walking on the wall
one might wonder
to take which side
left or the right?
Both look same now
but was built
to save only one side.

Choice is yours
turn on to either side.
There are good and evil
for the chosen better you
see what’s pops up?
Meet the sun rises high
in the silhouette of a great wall!
