Each generation’s majority makes choices that usher change
Lost pined for simple peace
Depression lived for human survival
Silence spoke for equality in a civil voice
Hippies fought war with flowers
Boomers drove for mad knowledge of self
Grunge nodded honesty from suburban garages
Y baptized Science as god
Mobs then anointed Orange Man as king
Down at the crossroads as means to their ends
For taxes, for borders, for babies, for guns, for Right
Trading truth, communal values and united dreams for their causes
How will we be remembered
As we watch this Heyday bloom
What will be this generation’s rallying cry
Will there be one
A culmination of past generation's trusted change
Lost, depressed, silent, free, self-aware, honest, doubting
Us
Here now
Strong
Watching the flames
Will we quietly turn away
As our world burns
Or will we tap a new strength
To face the fire
Together

Generational strength. Come together. Unity. Love. Standing at Trumps crossroads...
I pick up the greatest achievements of human life,
I indulge my self in the richness of the poor and wounded by misfortune,
their aspirations become my motivation,
brick on brick,
victory after victory,
my aura gets invincible in time,
growing wise to realise the truth of life is in my dreams,
generation after generation,
the temple of dismissed potential,
my vengeance was not in the lack of love,
it was the peak of inner fame,
it was my chameleon personality,
define me but it doesn’t mean you understood what you defined.
Poem from my up coming book.

When I was young,
I learned how to write poetry.
When I was old,
I am a book

Open both eyes
put on your slippers
and carry on

Take a bowl
lift down the cereal
and carry on

Angle the mirror
pull a face
and carry on

Choose a tie
polish your shoes
and carry on

Walk to the corner
buy a paper
and carry on

Return home
sit alone
and quietly, carry on

Selfie... Selfie... The trends been going selfeye...

With this trend comes a blend, pouts... like they are kissing themselves for being screen ******

With social media in place, selfie is the one with pace

They even got an app out for it instagram, that make people instapout

People get 1000 likes for posting instant selfie, giving false notion of that they are friendly

People chatting all night long becoming woolly when it comes to confront with face on

Do you know the fun fact, selfie kills more than shark bites

Futile competition of FRIENDS + LIKES = NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY over the time

Close ones want to know how are you doing, a mere picture of you is just a façade

So when are you dialing that number in your phone, just to know how you forgot to talk

The very same social media that promise to bridge the gap, made you incapable of having a conversation with the very same friend’s list you flaunt
What is a selfie ?

I don't understand dad
but more than he does

understand me and the world
which is not so small

and not as simple as he
sees it through a pair of mustache glasses

under the wild hair
of his young wig

I want more
than walking with the dog

rasping cheese, and tea
with mama, tea with granny

more than sweet
memories later

I want hard facts
that matter and hit

demonstrable changes in the world
and only then I'll be contented

High School.

Where everyone believes getting drunk and high's cool.
Sleep the least and work the most.
Hide their beast, only talk to boast.
Laugh but conceal, smile but never feel.
Take what's painless over what's real.
Don't open up because they don't understand.
Grown ups only give you expectations and demands.
Ask for help on something else and its out of their hands.
And they wonder why student interest is reduced to strands.

Expect them to figure out the rest of their life.
If they don't, let their failure cut them like a knife.
Overloading with choices drowns out their voices.
The next generation is drained and in pain.
Education's so clerical its a miracle they're sane.
They assume with current events that kids won't be affected.
When really all the hate and pain and hurt just gets projected
On a fragile state of mind still finding their identity.
They see kids who are unique and think punishment's the remedy.

How do kids respond when we stomp on their soul?
Searching for an out when we bury hope in a hole?
Now they can't see, because they don't have their own place
To discover who they are, they can't feel their own face.
I can't embrace a place where kids can't be who they are.
A light that can't shine, a night with no stars.

a world filled with plastics,
everyone seems to be floating.
the world is changing,
i am slowly fading.

i can't breathe.
my lungs are covered with dust.
they can't resist the lust.
hoping it would be the last
i can't accept the fact,
they are all covered with mask,

i wouldn't dare to ask.
they are toxic,
couldn't hide the fact.
