All eyes narrowed on The One
Here comes the voting, voting
Tongues poised for validation,
Ever doting, devoting.

To keep us all in check, below,
The arena's set of old man lies, lies
Confidence overflows,undeserved
Them ego's high, so fight.

Dying slowly from lack of oxygen
Stench of fakery, faking
I've only ever wanted real connections
And for that I'm broken, breaking.
So you’re sad, you vent your day
I listen close and let you say
Your woes, your anger, all your pain
Aren’t you glad I’m here to stay?

The next day I have a try
I start to state my thoughts awry
You chose to look right past my pain
And state your mess despite my cries

You shove your weight all on my back
Your woes drag down, your caring lacks
Up grows my struggle and my pain
I need rest soon or else I’ll crack
People love hearing themselves speak. I wish they tried to listen more.

I love all of you girls,
I watched you all fall in love
Met your partners
Cheered at your weddings.

I love all of you girls,
The fancy jobs you have
The places you go to
Smiled at the pictures.

I love all of you girls,
As I sit here
Alone at café
Thinking about the time when
It was easier, simpler and just us

I love all of you girls,
I hold your pain with dignity
Life seems silly when you are around
I guess, I missed out
You all caught the train
When I walked along.
Teach me how to be mean
show me how to be clean
Teach me teach me teach me

Teach me how to be mean
show me how to be clean

Show me the way

How to smile in pain
Show me that we will never leave our sides
show me every star in the sky
Show me every lie
show me every surprise
Show me every scar
Show me every dream
Show me every surprise
Show me that twinkle in your eye

Is it all too much when I ask for nothing?
Just for you to say 'hi' in the halls,
And ask if I'm okay when I'm crying in the corner,
But it's all too much for you.

Is it all too much when I say a word?
Just one single word about myself,
And even when the words are ones you should care about,
It's all too much for you.

Is it all too much when I hang around?
Just to be there and not be lonely-stricken like I am,
And have someone to keep me accountable,
But it's all too much for you

Because even when I'm sad, and down,
Even when I stay up late for your wallows,
Even when I need to rant because then I'll scream,
And I listen to all of your creations without a second thought.
Even when I'm just there; silent, invisible,
You'll still push me out.

I know that I'm weird, a mess—different,
But so are you, and that's what makes us fit.
But now you glare at me from down the hall,
So I'm sorry this can't mend,
But that's alright with you, isn't it?
I really appreciate comments and feedback! :)

Kids, f&ck you up
They don’t to everyone
But to most they do
They will bring out your childhood
Making sure you’re reminded of it
Every little bit of it

***** is what you are
***** is grunge under the nails
How your gritty tales told pail
In comparison to your dingy secrets
Infectious with your soiled lies
Excrement from bitter lips
Words that never did or ever will mean ****,
Exit from your waste-filled ships.

***** is what you are,
In this way, toxic barrels rot the frogs
Or how you irradiated touch melts minds,
A walking cancer cell, and everything you say is terminal
You’re what turtles suffer, plastic nooses
To hang your head upon loose laurels kept,
***** is all that you are.

***** is what you are,
It’s diesel exhaust exhausting to deal with you
Laborious and full of smog
All for the hope you could find an in
And in the end, gaslight me again.

***** is what you are,
Like toxic markers, or lead paint
And the more you color, the more I’m unimpressed
You are sadness incarnate,
You have bad habits by definition,
And the more you try to get close
I remind myself why I fly further away.

***** is what you are.
We all have toxic people we wish would ******* and leave you be.

Friends
What really are friends?
People who are there for you
Whenever you need

People you confide in
People you choose to spend time with
And to laugh with

But

Are they still your friends
If you have feelings for them?

What if they become more than friends?

Then you do everything a friend would do
Except you do it on a deeper level
With a deeper connection

After that happens
Can you still be friends when it’s over?

What if
We can’t

I was never his friend
I do not know how to be friends
I always had feelings for him
I just wish we would not be strangers

But here we are
You liked the shape of my heart
So you took it for yourself
And left me the shell
Just keep it. I'll grow another one
