Psalms 23
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.

In the presence of my enemies...

IN THEIR FACE!
Right there in full view,
where they can't ignore it -
You lavish your favour.
You flourish extravagance.
You banish restraint.
You shout exuberance.
At the prepared table
we feast together -
a glass sloshing,
chin dripping,
teeth staining,
finger licking,
shirt smearing,
belt loosening,
belch competing,
mouth spilling,
song inducing,
mum tutting
FEAST!
- right there
before my dumbfounded enemies
and in your glorious presence.

You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Amen.
Self explanatory.  We have an extravagant God.

Walking along the shores of a great ocean
Natures creativity witnessed in motion
The huge waves fall upon the closing reefs
People searching for treasures, greedy ocean thieves
Pearls, coral, fish, ocean creatures of all kinds
Scientist proved wealth underwater, a great find
But nature also has created deadly weapons
Only seen when unforeseen accidents happen
Devil's triangle, surprising whirlpool, a sinkhole
***** in everything within its perimeter hold
Stories I've heard once been told
Mysteries of places, from the pages, unfold
Every creature has its own world guarded
On land, air or underwater as regarded
Man stay on boarders to retain safety and peace
Ocean dwellers have open trenches for enemies to leap
Yet bold minded humans bypass such amenities
To takeover underwater world,
no matter how harsh the calamities
Lives lost, lessons learnt many
No one wants to learn from the past,
                         people hungry for ancient penny...

Once whom I considered my very best friend
To now my worst enemy
Sticks and stones may break my bones but words won't hurt me...

No that does not apply
Your words have spread to those who I used to adore .
As easy as it was for that knife to slit into my back is how easy it broke me down.
In ways in which I have no words to describe..
But what's worse is the image on your face after all you've done and your apology is so cunning ...
Some how there is still something within me which only wants to forgive.
Now I'm torn
I'm confused ..
Shall I move on so I mustn't be hurt like this or shall I keep you close for enemies your supposed to keep the closest

Who needs enemies,
when you've got friends
that never ask
or check your health.

Who needs friends,
they're all my enemies
with just one purpose-
to bask in wealth...
You see me.
I can't breathe.
I'm suffocating.
You just stand there
And watch.
You hold a life line
But you refuse
To help me.
So don't breathe.
Don't breathe.
You're stealing my air.
My air.

Sometimes
Your enemies keep you in thoughts
more than your loved ones

In her early twenties,
is a young woman,
flying high, exploring the world.
She is highly successful,
and has all the things
that anybody could ever want
in the eyes of people around her.
Just like a kite,
she flies around,
exploring the boundaries,
testing the boundaries,
experiencing both flight and downfall.
Wait a sec!
Her semblance to an airplane,
is far greater than to a kite,
for she lifts people up with her,
just like the plane.
When she finds a person,
drowning in misery,
she listens patiently
to their every whim,
and gives a different view,
sharing a part of her own life story,
giving a piece of herself,
so they can change and sour high,
befriending them all.
Her circle of friends grows
bigger and bigger everyday.
Though her love for all remain unchanged,
she forgets the names of some,
after all she isn’t a memory machine.
Now when so many love her for all she is,
she is surrounded by hungry, envious foxes,
ready to claim all that is hers,
wishing to be all that she is,
trying to paint her beautiful days black.
All around her,
she can smell the aroma of
jealousy and greed of the foxes in air.
Wherever she sets a foot,
whatever dreams she has,
the foxes try to put on her shoes,
invading her private life.
They claw at her every day,
piercing her mind with mindless questions.
Every 10 steps she takes,
there is a fox waiting,
bombarding her with questions.
As wary as she is,
she still shows them the path
and answers their questions.
There are some obnoxious foxes,
who demand that she gives answers then and there.
She merely says she has already told
the story so many times that day,
some other time perhaps.
To which some obnoxious foxes keep nagging
and finally say,
“But you WILL HAVE to tell one day!”
The foxes, somehow, seem to think,
it is their birthright to know
everything that she does,
every footstep she takes,
every new art she learns.
Luckily when she was attacked everyday,
when she had forgotten the bliss of life,
when she was dying every day,
when she was on the edge of losing herself,
she by the gift of lord,
met a bunch of people, shining with brilliance,
who showed her the beauty of life.
They taught her to live and give again.
She was like a child seeing the stars for the first time.
Everything they showed her felt like a miracle.
She, for the first time, knew
what it was like to have friends,
who never let her down.
Even though,
the foxes still remain sly,
she has a way of swerving around,
not giving in to the butterfly effect.
The foxes’ attempts to color her days
black remain an unfulfilled dream.

You're no where in my sights!!
You said you would return,
turns out it's a lie.

You remind me of what happened,
back in those days
where you still cared for us.
Oh what a shame...

Too bad you're so "busy".
Too busy with our enemies!!
You left us too many times....
just so them you could see...
Are you even part of 'our' family anymore??
**** the slaves
Face the master
**** him too
And face disaster

Escape the hounds
But not the pastor
Who hung your mom
Up in the rafters

Safety ahead
Run ever faster
They think they've won
Hear their laughter

But there is a secret
Where the pale trees gather:
For it is the place
Where all humans shatter
