what is a man-made education
getting a job,
not working in your field,
as that degree, hangs dusty on the wall, yet
we passed the class,
we made the grades,
we're smart, yet we keep ******* up...
you know it, I know it,
we all know it.
Teachers on strike,
Eager to fight,
For the education rights,
That our community deserves.
LAUSD, you got some nerve,
To put your students in overcrowded classes,
To deprive them of resources in many different aspects,
Which limits their access
To a quality education.
Teachers are the foundation
of this nation.
Nourishing our hoods to decrease incarceration.
Empowering the youth
To establish the creation,
Of a brighter future
For them, for you, for us
No more waiting for a change
Taking action is a must
Students need supplies,
& so united we rise
Striking for days
Because our teachers need a raise
Doing what it takes
We will not be defeated
Because full time nurses and counselors are needed
This system is broken and we will not be cheated
Speaking up because we've had enough of this treatment
Its time to do what is right
Now I ain't no preacher
But let's speak up and show support to our wonderful teachers

there's no white
black and so on
God gave us eyes
to see, yet we're
blinded, even with
that degree.

a day that never ends
fears, pressure and fake friends

playing with teenage hearts
seems just like playing cards

thousands of sleepless nights
and absolutely no rights

but where´s the education?

Mother of the season
Do you snitch for a living
Tell me all your reason.
Life will be reasonable,
If she’s visible
To say the truth.
Will be helpful’
You took my heart away,
And you want me a slave.
To do all in yo own way,
Life’s unfair, I’m unaware.
Until I fell for a godly *****,
An educated witch.
That took away my heart,
To far away beach.
Dunno tho, or a bridge.
The day is now bright,
You took away my life’
give me back my wife
That I fell for’ at first sight
You make us fight,
At our differences.
You set us apart
With pretenses
Educated witch
Go please
And bring back my queen.

(dark, cold, empty rooms)

Simple.

simply
too much,

Not enough.

drowning
in words and paper

So simple.

(hollow, unreal, overcoming thoughts)

heavy eyes
seeking some slight

Let go. It’s simple.

Satisfaction.

You sure?

Yes

No.

(fading, weak, limited energy)

It’s so simple.

No, it’s not.
It’s too much.
Too much too much too much
A poem about a person struggling with mental health and how school makes that struggle more difficult.

Misplacin’ entitlement,
bannin’ visitation
Crime ridden, broken windows,
lack of education

Survive the death of the soul,
a sole survivin’ nation
Shatterin’ family cores
and forcin’ new displacement

Wanderin’ hand is a force
we simply can’t escape from
Evil is bought and endorsed
through coded conversation

Don’t be afraid to show emotion
when you least expect it
It’s simply proof of your devotion
doubt is intercepted

Minutes turn to hours
as I savor every part of you
Sharin’ in the power
doin’ favors just to start anew

Demons fly to start a feud
Easy just to call a truce
“Betray your excellence and
your defeat will surely follow suit!”

So keep your head up
Don’t you let up ’cause the city beckons
The hourglass has been broken
as hours turn to seconds

Just let it bleed
and cut the ties that are bindin’
Feel the size of the lapse and write
’til your thoughts are unwindin’

Lace your mind with your talent
watch how the synthesis rises
Paint the ink with your truth –
the one that your demon despises

Start your count from eleven, writer
It’s down to the wire
Final hour requires shunnin’
your pain to the fire!

(Crack the hourglass!)
Never take for granted a single minute
(Crack the hourglass!)
Spend your days ascendin’ beyond your limits

(Crack the hourglass!)
Don’t let a single second go to waste
Invest in your expression
Believe in yourself and keep the pace.

In my blood just nicotine and caffeine,
They are running stray in my vein,
Sometimes even i can't feel my brain,
Numbers are falling on me like rain.

Torture is illegal,but exam not,
I'm okay till here what i've got,
How the hell answer can change with the dot,
We choose the math but suicide methods a lot.
Exams are harmful for your health
