AND if you go -- love goes away?  No, it's understood.
My love stays as freedom is a breakfast food
as if love can live with right or wrong (undestood)
or rolly-pollies are from frightful mountains made---
long enough just for you and me.

As though pain can pay the rent
regardless of genius please the talentgang comes
to collect the fallen minds and hearts upon
the sidewalks of understanding.  Everywhere.

So as it is;  my whole life:  as my coalwood eyes
burn wint-air oh waiting (my love) for spring ?(y)(w)ou(w)
un-air-stan?me
crazy
me like

evry-ting
we can do it for just Me and You.  So bring it (with love)
for a landing -- without misunderstanding -- as there is no
end what we can do together without end.

see shebert lips of babies and their beating exploding Love-hearts
: with a little luck we can help it out.

Darkness that fills the mind
Filling the eye of the beholder

A dessert path that is deserted by the truth but filled with lies
We're lies only the serpents of untruth and illusions

Leading towards the waters of faith and strength
But possible loss and pain
All dependent on the Storm and the waves

Where land meets sky but the sky is free
Can one truly see
Land is nature but life itself is home
Home is acceptance of life

Sun turning to moon is epicenter of change
To become something new
Altering what once was

To coexist with all that surrounds
To be a part of all
To accept all that is
To deny nothing
To be everything

Yearning, longing, asking — earnestly, do I seek you
Unending, devastating — how long will this parched desert be my view?
This woundedness brings a thousand muffled cries,
chaotic, disturbing lies,
and even more haunting nights;
Nevertheless, I say to my soul, “Arise”,
For one day, you shall see deliverance in Christ.
Just a quickie for my Soul Care class.

The Sahara seeing me
sigh in the desert
asked me why I cry?
I am left alone, I replied.

'I see, but you got tear,'
it hissed out.
I said, perhaps like me
first, you had an wet eye,
now is all dry!

Through many moods and moons
I've felt the heart of your soul
moving me like clouds through the sky
A guiding wind to journey back and forth
Love me always through the bluest nights,
like stars shining in the desert.
Ever-long...Ever-lone....
Bright light backdrops the most immense gray as I dream
of you and you and only you forever among the cosmos
planes
planes
planes
rows and rows
of planes
never again to fly
up in the sky's terrains

planes
planes
planes
rows and rows
of planes
sent to the Mojave Desert's
dry weather vanes

planes
planes
planes
rows and rows
of planes
parked forever out of
the corosive rains

planes
planes
planes
rows and rows
of planes
lie idle within their
grounded lanes
I've used the poetic device of repetition in the piece.

Seeing the desert
reminds me
of things I wish would die
like memories
of love lost,
of fake friends,
and lies.

And yet the desert calls me
it's beautiful geology.
The sandy, rocky, dry heat,
the tumble ****,
oasis,
the cool nights,
the Vegas lights,
the histories,
it hides.
