Love grew like a cancer in my chest,
It is killing me slowly while holding me alive.
How can something this sweet hurt so bad,
Is it love to blame or our choices.
It is reaching my brain,
Leading to sleepless nights.
Life was sweet before I met you,
Now it is bittersweet.

I see your flaws
Your sadness
Your past
Your problems
Your situation
The damage you’ve done
The hearts you broke
The pain you caused
The bridges you burned
The lies you told

I still love you though
That’s what love is
I forgive you… always
In spite of the pain I feel

Wandering eyes,
Aimless....
Find a way,
Hopeless. ..
Live a little,
Lifeless...
World worth seeing,
Priceless.

On the menu card,
Of the course called life.
It all comes back,
With the price beside.

Main course is needed,
Gotta work for dessert.
Smell the aroma,
It's all a starter.

Reasons enough,
The reasons made.
Choices provide,
Or choices made.

Old plane, new man.
Flying where where where?
Easy to get a girl, easy girl.
Harder to get a job round here.
Piece of cake to buy a 50 bucks car.
Everything pre-owned in this town.
People are rowdy raw and raucous.
Like a Springsteen song.
Except it's real and deadly.
Me, I don't carry a piece nor watch my back.
If your time's up, so be it.
I've got Him watching me.
So be nice to Jimmy or else.

Lifely
Here we go stroke the dog.
Kiss the girl, slowly and sensually.
Drive the car, avoid the cops.
Drink the beer and then some more.
Avoid drugs and mouthy idiots.
Fight like a king only when cornered.
Defend the right to live your life.
Be one step past happiness and remember.
Remember your parents, make them proud.

When faced with turbulent seasons
I weather the storm like a paladin knight

Constantly searching for my holy grail
So I may quench my thirst for happiness

Lost in a shadowed forest of poor choices
Yearning guidance from my round table

Drawing my sword I ****** forth my quill
Shield raised guarding my fragile heart

I pray my fate is not yet written in stone
For I've not yet vanquished life's dragons

As I leave, to you I bequest,
All my sadness and unrest.
As I go on burning low,
Noone sees how fire glows.

Noone sees and noone cares,
What happens behind those eyes.
But if one so much as dares,
The light will leave him dumb and blind.

I struck a deal that pulled me down,
I was dealt the poorest hand,
As I turn and look around,
It's hard as hell to love a man.

I gave because I didn't know,
I took because I didn't care.
I wrote but there's no one to show
to, only damp and empty air.

As I leave to you I say,
Don't go crying on my grave,
I knew I went the wrong old way,
But I loved to misbehave.
This is a difficult poem for me to write. (I'll cry myself to sleep tonight) feelings are for ******* I am one I don't have one, Rammstein is awesome and I don't care much for football, **** me!

Born into the world with limitless potential and a full set of armour.

Day by Day the potential lessens and they chip at his armour.

The point is reached when the potential, now lost, is only a fork in the road.

The armour once proudly donned now hanging by a mere tether to his heart.

To the left a chance to rebuild, to the right the sweet embrace of nothing.

The first step is taken to the right not of thought but impulse for relief.

The second step is then taken, with every step, arms reach out to change the direction.

No touch registers, no words heard and the faintest glimpse of the fork he started at remains at his back.

Only one step remains till he can no longer go back...
