Glass pressed to your curious smile
your eyes are already drunk
empty though it seems
I still taste the wine on your lips
I know the flavor well by now
bitterness gives way to a rosy sting
and I melt into the chalice
and feel at home
as a grape pressed and aged
and allowed to breath
finally savored
Revering all holy vessels
manifest and blessed
may this heart
held inside us
harbour
God's
Divine Light
May this heart
held inside us
learn to become
a chalice
for
our own
unconditional love
For all of our dear ones facing illness, and for all of us wishing
to offer the best of ourselves.

I smoke everyday
Pack the chalice, puff the herb
***** smoke fills me
