I took an idea like a seed
nourishing it inside heart.
Planted it deep with love,
and readied self for its creation.

Feeding with trust and grand resolve,
seedling expanded with every breath,

Sending compassion and loving smiles
allowed flower to grow delicately.

Vibrations of light moved with wind
from heart to floret,
from scent to nose.

The notion flourished spreading like weeds in field
to anchor near and wide.

The idea for peace on earth
became a blossoming flower
springing up everywhere.

Love sprouted in hearts
and all began to live in harmony.

A fool for sin
A treacherous in disguise

We lean
We lie

Here sets our fire
—of a game of two.

Irrational The Terrorist (a follow-up to After A Terror Deed…)

There’s no such thing as ‘non-believer’:
All believe in something.
Family, sky, the Vedic I,
The name ‘non’ – anything misnomer.
Those who slaughter
In the name of heaven, waiting virgins, angels,
Paradise, God knows what else,
Where lion vegetarians
Meet bird and man as ***** friends…
They do no know life’s real ends.
True, misconceived, a pictured or imagined thing
So strong that it gives murdering
A face,
It makes the law-abiding jaundiced,
And, like me, seeing irrationality
In well meant terror dogma-bent
As pure one hundred one percent
Insanity.

The cold gloomy clouds
pouring down snow
The harsh winter today
with its frigid glow

Looking at beautiful snowflakes
outside the windows
Everyone cuddling
in their cozy warm homes

The smell of hot chocholate
Children throwing snowballs
Ice block Igloos
This is the picture of cold

By all these lovely snowflakes
Winter days are here
With Autumn best wishes
and Spring best cheer

Steam,vapour,power,life
opens up a mechanical eye
springing to life
curious
scared

maniacal laughter
thinking
they have over come
life and death
their creation huddled in a corner
terrified of what there fate will be

Hiding with the one
he longs to be with
knowing she is engaged to another
songs his only way
to communicate

though she is flesh
and he a beast
disfigured and hideous
still she loves

arms grasp
peeling off
outer layers
fall like a sheet

behind it
lies
a soul who's finally free

I'm a bird
flying away
from the flock
of feelings
i need to abandon
blue mercury Jan 2017
i fell for an impossible heartbeat
i could never feel.
spat into a well of despair
to give it a piece of me.

eventually
i got tired of crying
of bleeding
of caring
of dripping
with desperation.
love me love me love me love me
emanating from my skin.

i will not be someone
with so much feeling
that i am numb.
that i go through the day
afraid
of how crumbled i've become.

so i took a pen and wrote
until the ink
carved you out of my heart
and i felt the
dam rise
and the flooding stop
and the pain trickle away.

oh how wonderful it is to be free.
spilling dreams on
a lined page
and hopes
onto someone new
someone
who isn't you.

don't get me wrong,
i care about you.
you're still my baby blue ford
in a way.
you are still a green light
shining in the distance.

but now, it's daytime here.
and the sun shines brighter here,
so your light
isn't so grand anymore,
you know?
for carr and all the time i freaking wasted

There was a moment in between the fighting and the screaming when I remembered what passion we both held.
Stuck there silently breathing and staring at the wall wanting to cry and laugh at how this blew up so quickly.

There was a moment between the wanting to pack my **** and move away and you begging me to stay I remembered why I loved you.
Stuck there silently thinking if I could just get the words out maybe you'd let me go.. maybe you'd want me to stay more.

I was tired of feeling broken every other day while you continued to grow without me.
I was tired of the silence I left on my tongue when you told me I was utterly useless in this relationship.

So there was a moment there between the looks of sadness and pain where I saw a glimpse of what we used to hold before the regret and contempt.
Stuck there silently watching you run your hands through your hair.
Stuck there silently feeling tears fall down my face as I grabbed my bag and headed out the door.
It started with a devious question
And the answer was clear
To all
But a curious faction
Fueled by fear,
With the means to concoct
An Orwellian plot
That rendered hate normal,
Like bible study.

Let the Right say, 'Amen'.

"She should be in jail," said
A lady in the deli
With a red cap
And matching tee.

Her eyes spewed fire;
Mine stayed on the menu.
Bypassing the bologna,
I ordered turkey on rye,
To Go.

I had a revolution to catch.
One I'd missed like the polls
On Election Eve.

Dylan shot nine,
Dead.
Sparing one to spread the news
And start a race riot
Before Obama takes away our guns.

Then Vladimir bombed
A city Gary didn't know
But no one asked Don.

"I like you," said one tyrant
To another.
"But I despise Fidel, CNN and ObamaCare.
They are all dead to me."

We heard the lie.
Of the grand Muslim celebration in Jersey
After the towers fell.

And a million more.
Yet the tide of deaf ears kept growing,
Engulfing US in a tsunami
Of *****-grabbing misogyny
That made Bill blush
And gave Hill another shocking traumatic defeat.

Women from Times Square
To Tokyo rained on his parade
And a speech spawned in 7th grade
Earned an A on FOX
And a wet sticker
Everywhere else.

Let the world say, "Impeach Him!"
