Don't give those thoughts any attention
But if I won't, they will turn into action!
I am done, my patterns drain me out.
I will let everything happen just the way it does.
Just the way it wants, it needs,
It's happening. Here, now.

Turning on and off myself
Daily
Losing hope, gaining hope,
Dreams illusions
On repeat.
Self-blame and shame.
And pain.

I am here now,
How dare I not be grateful for everything I have?
I go too fast, my body says.
I am alone.
But I am truly grateful to my bone.
I am forever free.
Indeed I always have been.

Now,
Here,
This connection is everything
I ever wanted.
My relaxation
Because of the beginning cold,
And the connection with my body
That it brought ❤️
My dancing is the same as healing.
I am grateful for persevering.
:)
Talking to myself, looking for solutions, keeping positive mindset, building awareness.

Once anxiety hits in
It spreads around like lava
Projecting negativity
And causing so much drama

So I increase awareness
To end this pattern's madness
Restoring back my mindset
Slowing down, gentle reset

Breathing consciously
I remind myself
I am the one responsible
For my mental health

Comparison arises
It causes an earthquake
This is the perfect timing
To become awake.
Noticing this - is enough. The mind remembers the neural paths of awareness and each time it will get easier.

I am projecting
My self-rejecting
Onto other people

This harmless action
Destroys connection
All in my brain
A habit contained

Now realizing
Awareness sings
Let's liberate
Don't be afraid

Fears are surreal
Anxiety's real
People are mirrors
Of how I think and feel
On the train. Realizing this - there is nothing to be afraid of. I don't know what others think of me. And why should they think the worst imaginable thing at all? Just because my inner critic is so harsh and doing its job so well: criticizing. 😉 Whenever we recognize our inner critic we should be grateful and happy. 🙏✨🎄 Merry Christmas

My body remembers the trauma
My body remembers the pain
My body remembers the unforgivable things you did to it
My body remembers the shame.

My body recalls the lack of sleep,
The fear as you enter my room.
Decades pass, we're there others?
One could only assume.

My body goes through therapy
To heal and make the burden lighter
Years of silence and darkness
The cracks are getting brighter

Did he really do it? They ask
The question a burden in itself
She will have to prove it! They say
The whispers do not help

He knows what he has done
Yet will cry of innocence
The years he took, he stole mine
It's time to face the consequence

Fight or flight will always be there
It will never go away
The memories burn as a sickening image stuck inside my brain.

Those who are suffering in silence
From what he did to them
It is scary, draining and painful
But you no longer have to pretend

We will carry the burden together
I will be the voice for you
I am taking back my power,
You can take back yours to

He no longer has control
Of what I choose to speak
Years of trauma in silence
Please know that I am not weak

I remember the smell, the touch, the feelings and the pain
His actions have ramifications
It's time he takes the blame

For my body remembers the trauma
Of everything he did
Invisible scars, he deserves bars
Because I was just a kid

it's the strangest feeling
not having anything more pressing in life
than life itself...
The complexities of presence

I'm floating

A blanket of darkness cradles me
and warmth fills me to the brim.
An odd sensation snaps me to my senses
and I'm filled with an overwhelming feeling that something is awry
the once pleasant warmth shifts into an unbearable heat
as the darkness closes in on me until I'm suffocating
I can't think, I can't breathe

I'm falling

I twist and turn in the dark, flailing blindly
every inch of my body feels as though it's been set ablaze
raw panic floods my senses
I need to get out
I need to wake up

I open my eyes
and push him off of me.
Unconscious people don't want tea.

~for you, girl~

words have definitions; shades; moods,
even within the contextual moment,
the coloration sometimes is discolored,

one person frantic is another’s
normal
passing fancy
insanity
quiet
overwrought silliness

frantic is a continuum’s conundrum

and oft the hubbub coverhup lends
a veneer of urgency importance
when knowledge acquisition is iron
irony, best when well chewed, quietly
considered and consumed with the
perspective of addition and subtraction

what we know is more than yesterday,
and less than what we will one day own,

for the only purity of learning is that’s
final refining is never ending
the artifice of deadlines,
gradation vis-a-vis
all the rest, is not a
distinction  worthy of
distinguishing

your human value is beyond compare

exactly!
the greatest of valued adders to the world body of understanding put the race of
ego to one side, and so should we all,
not
be ****** in by the imposition of qualifiers

you are quality, and that is the only
qualification you will ever
acquire and require

and in my naïveté
I reflect looking back
and give you here the
free use thereof,
of its worth, you will
determine
but in summary judgement:
always keep thinking
ridicule is ridiculous
but best when applied
by oneself to oneself
with a

“***, did I really think:say that?”
and laugh out loud at our human
foibles, especially our own,
with a wry smile, admitting
some of things we conjure up
in all seriousness are

are the funniest things we’ve ever heard
a bit preachy, but too bad😉
knowledge acquisition

There comes a time, every full moon or so,
When I crave the quiet trill of nature -
The private experience of melting my awareness into hers.
Like honey swirled through warm tea,
I slowly dissolve into her.

My mind stalls in time.
My heart swells with deep belonging.

Alone and untethered to the human world,
I can forget everything I have learned about myself
And remember everything I am.

For she is me,
And I am her.
She shows me who we are.
