There once was from Okefenokee
A bullfrog who sang karaoke:
     He sang with conviction
     And a crystal clear diction,
But his tone was a little too croaky.

I cant wait to fall asleep to join the world of dreams

I get to join the fairies as they dance in the meadows of the forever blooming flowers

I get to run with the wolves through the forest and never ending unbound lands

I get to jump up the mountains with the mountain sheep to admire the radiant full moon

I get to fly high with the eagles to indulge soaking up the warmth of the sun

I get to swim with sea turtles in the vast ocean waters looking for treasures once lost

Oh how I can't wait to fall asleep to join the world of my dreams

There once was a woman from Seoul
Who swallowed an octopus whole:
     It swam in her belly
     With fishes of jelly,
Then plopped in a porcelain bowl.

In Winter nights I hold thee tight,
Basking in the cold moonlight.
In Summer days we play all day,
until the sun goes away.
In Autem I watch the leaves shrivel and fall,
and I walk you to the mall.
Spring is the wind beneath our wings,
and she shows me how well she sings.
Ahh the Seasons gifts to you and me,
we are as blessed as can be.
You and me.
I wrote this about my dog please enjoy
The snow  has covered the ground, for the past,
Four or five days, the air temperature outside,
Staying around twenty degrees, the beautiful,
White covering, will be around, another day.
Looking out my window, across Maxwell’s creek,
I can see, through the leafless trees, a deer,
Roaming around, in Schooley’s woods, with the white,
Background, a wonderful sight to see. The squirrels,
Leave their nest, racing down the bark, of the tall trees,
Amazing, with the snow covered ground, they have a,
Way of knowing, where they buried, nuts, for their winter feed.
In my view, no buildings, utility poles, or people do my eyes see,
Just beautiful, mother nature, staring at me.

There once was a woman of Cork
Who visited was by a stork
     Who brought her mistakenly
     A baby made baconly
In a barnyard where ***** pigs pork.
Bald cypress leaves droop
Somber caress from spring wind
Geese honk overhead

her
her eyes wide innocent,
fur so soft.
even moon paused to admire.

her love so soothing,
only lucky would know.

she left today,
this world so cold.
oh, must be in pain,
her eyes told.

"lord give her heaven"
i pray.
may she see,
a life more wild and free.
I have two squirrels (well, now just one).... I found them in my terrace when they were only 5-6 days old, their eyes still closed.
Over time, they became more than just squirrels, they became part of our family, like true one.

But on Feb 12, one tragic incident took her away from us.

I never ever imagined that a tiny, 7.5-month-old squirrel could make me cry and scream this much.... Bbbbbut she did. Many of my poems were inspired by her. And now, writing feels so heavy, as if I have just lost my fav muse.

She was the fiery one. One wrong move, and you’d earn a bite from her,
but moments later, she’d love you like nothing ever happened... funny....right??
Love you, baby. I hope we meet again someday.....

Now everything, feels void, unknown, empty.... I don't know why.... is it common to feel that way???
Well all I know is that she was not just a squirrel. I saw myself in her. She was so much moreeeee.... I have one more, now I'll try to love and protect him more...
