Every Autumn, the sky a little more to stone belongs,
The immovable strata of deciduous columnar clouds,
Every leaf that falls, Rome a little more to earth’s heart recalls.
Faith~

king without a kingdom’s
ranked without a general
lost in the dusks, shattered, and bleed
yet, captivated by Thy, light….

stupid at sometimes, but not a fool’s
not a soldiers, but with an army’s
a country boy, with no boundary’s

O ~ Faith.
an ancient of unfinished~ .., yet, useful
Nothing’s, but Have’s!

I am old.
A romantic soul
Lost to the chasm
Of this tethered, mortal body
Floating through speckled memories
Of a life I used to love.

Weightlessly
I can only watch.
Waiting for
this young flame
dancing in the dust
Of past lives and love to
Forgive and
find it’s place.

Around time scarred columns,
Sun bleached waves swell.
No songs or poems
Can say
What these weathered walls tell.

ta ma a la a na
my love for you is forever

tassa na aa aa aa ai ah
a sea that the storm starts to sway

ta ma nee a ma na sa ma nee
my eyes the colour of storm rose

ta stata ma no al la nee
my lips pink like a peony

ta ma ar aa aa aa ma ma
and as my eyes start to flutter

ta ma na da la oo ah la nah
the clouds all soft like the mist

ta ma na ah la na ah la me
i laugh at the song of your kisses

da sa ma ah la
surrender to bliss.
In silence I stood
Dazzled by
The beauty that was
And is
Faded, not lost
Of the ancient temples
The architecture, the carvings on the walls
The floral murals and the central lotus pond
Speaks of souls
Who stepped here before
Teleporting to the time
When the foundation stone was laid
The breeze
A sense of déjà vu
A silent spectator
A shelter
And has brought souls together in marriage
A witness to many wars
Coronations of kings
Kingdoms lost
Seers and ascetics
The alchemist
Under the roof
Rhythmic chants of sacred verses
The sound of the conch blowing and bell
Is it all
Of the worlds
The temple has seen
Wanting and waiting to show
Am I ready
I am yet to know

BOULDER

The massive boulder sits in the lea of the moor; it has been here for a million years
and seen everything that has ever happened.
So many tons of stone made up of all of the elements which make up the very
planet itself.
This piece of stone has been here longer than Man himself and it has seen so many years
come and go, from the harsh cold of winter to the boiling heat of summer, this boulder
has felt them all.
Seasons crack your outer layer with freezing cold and ice, then bake your heart
with the fire of the sun.
You will be here until the weather grinds you down to grains and then the whole
process starts all over again to make a boulder once again.
