I looked at you
You looked at me
I reached for you
You cradled me
I opened my heart
You mended it
I acknowledged you
You swept me away
I lived for you
You went away
My life for you, I go to Heaven
My heart to yours, I go to Heaven
I seek your love, My heart goes to Heaven
I go to Heaven
I’ll see you in Heaven
Written by: Timothy Charles Carter of Las Vegas, Nevada
Let it seep in
the voice about my skin
when I lost your ears
my scars began to sing
#Deepcuts has a voice
the saddest part of dying
is what you forgot to do
the ideas born in lucid dreams
that vanished in the hue
the mountains never seen
the oceans never crossed
the poems written on scraps of paper
a lover's smile now lost
the tears you held inside
the chances never taken
the landscape of your life
an oasis now forsaken
Fitful Sleep
Dreams Flit

In and Out-

If Dreams were Real-

How could We Tell?
A bit of Black.
A piece of Scarlet.
There's no turning back.
When I place my rings upon you
nothing is beyond my grasp.
Each rotate to become the main body of it.
In place of angels
the hand of friendship
forms a pattern on the wall.
It's there to remind us
we're all sitting targets.
