If I were a praying man
I'd pray that every athlete or actor -
Who held out on a deal
Because they wanted more -
Would get every type of cancer

If I were a religious man
I'd wage jihad upon
Every company which values
the lives of workers at pennies per hour
So they can sell excess to the poor
And watch them **** each other

If I had a god
He'd smite every shark
Which took thing of necessity
And turned them into poker chips
So they could pay tribute to a false idol

Yes, maybe these things could happen,
But I'm not a religious man
I'm a drunk/high man
And these thoughts
Are just a night's sleep away
From being forgotten

She shines bright like a diamond in the dust
with dreamy silver droplets floating on her crust
A warm sense of serenity descends upon your shoulders
when you close your eyes to think of her.

She catwalks on the red carpet of the skies
and moonwalks her way into the foggy background
She hides behind the clouds and blushes
If you catch a glimpse, you'll never stop staring by.

When the world runs low on sunlight
She marches to all center of the sky
With a billion thousand platinum rhinestones alongside her
She sings a lullaby to the babies hypnotized by the dark night.

Its funny to see
how many hearts
I can get when
I heart your poem
and when I don't

what brings you here?
my venting?
my half-assed art?
or is it when I
satisfy you with a
click of a mouse?

don't deny
that warm
comfort
of strangers
appreciation

true or false
you still grin
Have you ever tried to flex your heart to make sure it was still in your chest?

Everytime you tried to choke down what was hurting you, you realized it didn't matter anymore.

Lately, I've been doing okay. Except when the night starts telling secrets to the dawn so I have to make sure they don't whisper your name.

Please, don't worry about me though. Just focus on being happy.

Maybe one day, things will be in a place where you can see a shadow and smile without swallowing shards of glass.

E**ven though I promised to always be here, it will **** is both if I stay. I'm so sorry.
Help me.

Kiss me tender.
Plant seeds under my skin.
Show me the budding beauty
that only you can see.
Bring gentle showers
to nurture growth,
and maybe then
I'll have a garden
all my own.

There is a place.
It is bright in memory
and living in stride.
When you close your eyes
you are there.

You can reach out
and brush your palms
against the bristle
of a soft stalk.

Lace your fingers into the weave,
twine the bristle around
your index finger,
and rip it from its hold.

You can close your heavy eyelids
and feel the radiance of the sun;
breath in summer, salt, and serenity.

You can watch as the light shifts iridescent,
brushing against the pillowed clouds
and sifting across the ocean.

You can see,
playing among the hills,
homes and lives
all intertwined.

infront of you
you can feel a smile,
a tangible love
hung between you.

Bright as a memory
radiant as the warmth
soft as a bristle.
She labors to smile,
irony draws lines
on her embittered face,
thick dark iron bars,
temporarily cage pain;
yet the risk
the two run is toxic.
soon they 'd have to face it,
unmistakable indications reveal,

her velvet voice over the phone,
conjured up an image,
drastically different,
a sadness now faintly asks
his permission to spread quickly,
confused he postpones, buying time.

guilt, a shaggy, smelly, hound
suspicion, its dominant trait,
lurks sniffing around,
the table they mutely sit,
like prisoners of unburied past
convoluting the plot,
by playing ***** tricks.
the air thickens
chocking both,
the haunt leers, licks its paws in glee
what is its intention?

"You look more or less
like him, my former lover-
I try to erase from memory
by every which way possible,
sorry about that, but i can't help it,
he traded in pain of many kinds
ingeniously, nothing else he did"
she shoots from the hip.
memory of an evil genius
was quickly resurrected by him
from the assortment of stereotypes,
vision of caravans transporting
gun powder kegs of bad memories, flashed
he had a match stick handy.
soon, everything exploded to culminate;
darkness devoured all,  breaking limits.
caravans slog towards horizon, one after other still.

The drifting dream bound on a satiated sea
It can feel you letting go, if you wanted to
Into the ether I will walk with you
Just release that grasp on reality and come
into the cosmos and we'll be unified
Abstraction at best is the offer
Pull away and become everything
Spend the night; float away and be...
