The way you stand
The way you sit
The way you secretly laugh for a bit
You’ve been hurt
You’ve been broken
And yet your heart is wide open
You think no one sees
You think no one cares
But that is really just not fair
Because I see
Because I do
My heart is filled by just looking at you

fake love.

maybe people are meant
to fall in love
but not meant
to be together.

i was coming to terms with this
only to find out
we werent in love.
i was.
you never loved me
you didnt feel anything for me
you tried to,
but loving someone isnt something
you can make happen.

we always said we were meant to be, right?
soulmates
perfect for each other
you said our love was pure
and real
and unbreakable.
look at it now,
its shattered.

falling in love with you
was the easiest thing
ive ever done.
falling out of love
will be the hardest.
i guess the [lovers] code has been cracked.

Tanya

Yesterday I cried to the moon
as she wiped my tears away
made my worries disappear
so I could sleep again.

Today I smile at the sun
and it shines back on me,
what a wonderful world
to be alive;
to be me.
I spend too many nights thinking
Wondering, writing, dreaming
Of someone who doesn't even think of me

No One
Roses are not always red
Violets aren't exactly blue
Inside I know I'm dead
And I never show it to you

Your betrays, sins and lies
But I always wear my disguise
The day when tears fell from my eyes
I know I can never see the sunrise

Too many questions in my mind
For I am always the one who's left behind
Staring at everyone else while they're breathing
Asking myself why am I the only one who's drowning?

And now I'm lying in my bed
Praying if I am only be dead
This pain cannot hurt anymore
At the end, I decided to open the death's door
A poem from no one!

Savanna
Drip drip drip,
My love slides between your lips.
Sweet honey,
Your hands, soft on my hips.
Don’t waste it,
My mom would tell me not to waste it.
Hazy in your love,
Do you like the taste of it?
Entangled,
Your skin with drops of cold night dew.
A whisper to myself
I won’t tell you but, I like the taste of you

With everything
That's going on
I just can't keep
Hanging on

My sleep
Has been eluded
My brain
Has been deluded
My health
Not included
I'm nearly
Disillusioned

With everything
That's going on
I just can't keep
Hanging on
I'm slowly losing myself
I need help

We devour time
like it’s our last meal
gorging on the future’s ideals
as we forgo the delectable
dessert of Now
we savour dried crumbs of the past
long after the expiry date
unaware they are mouldy and stale
repeatedly consuming it’s poison
all the while wondering
why we feel so sick
inside
2/5/19 reflecting on The human condition of avoiding the present moment and the suffering we endure because of it. Ignorance is not always bliss.
The sky and the sea help each other
Creating rainclouds, with rain and thunder
When even the worlds help each other
Look, which love isn't meant to be together
When you feel the world isn't fair, it sure is
