As I read your poetry
I wonder if it's true
Do the demons that help in rhyme
Really have a hold of you

And is the one you say you love
Not returning you the favor
In the poems that you pen
Is this all your life's behavior

Does your father really raise his fist
While your mother screams
As alcohol flows freely in your life
Or is it just poetry

Are you on the verge of suicide
And do you truly cut yourself
Do you feel that worthless in your life
Is what you write a cry for help

As I read your poetry
It often sets me off to wonder
Do you write about yourself
Or do you write about another
I know poetry is a therapy for many of you and just want you to know it breaks my heart at what some of you go through...
As always you are in my prayers...

Please excuse me for my days of doubt
On these days I have to write it out

Otherwise these feelings stay inside
Get down in my soul and hide

Then eat away all my will
In this these feelings are very skilled

The foster thoughts of death and release
They are definitely a cunning thief

But when I write on these days, they are not sympathy
It's just to get out all the intensity

in the end, life will wear us out,
beyond repair.

cast our souls into the void,
but don't despair.

hair, bones and flesh with time
will tatter.

but luminous beings we are,
not this crude matter.
inspired by master yoda
I had nothing to lose
Till I met you
I have everything to lose
Sometimes you meet someone, and you have the whole world
We are a dying race,
And few will live to face,
The dark days that are to come,
For if romance is to be dead,
Then please, first smash my head,
I wish not to be the last one.

Last one to value a mind,
To see where you fail, and where you shine,
and not just to position for bed,
Oh please before then, please smash my head.

For if i find myself slave to lust,
Without love, romance, i will be worth less than dust,
Reduced down to a mere action, don't let that day come,
Please, PLEASE, don't let me be the last one

they say

They say keep your head up
They say its one step at a time
But if your head is held too high
How can you be sure
The next step you take
Is onto solid ground?

I don't want you to fall down

They say life is crazy
They say death unavoidable
they say a lot of things
But I've never heard them say
They only want
Everyone to be happy

I don't want you to fall down
