Those of us who were born cartographers
In the modern age, have been doomed from the start.
Our white spaces have been filled and shaded,
Sketched-over and even rent.
Not even a half-inch by half-inch square
Was left to us, and I suspect that
Were we to find a time machine,
Fittied with a working Flux Capacitor,
You would find us all in the midst of the heart of darkness,
armed with pencils and stencils and pregnant maps.
drowning in what you call life
chocking on what you call hope
everyday i breathe in everything you say, everything  you do

waiting for my big break
speaking for what i think is right
sprinting for my future

the barriers of time slow me down
but never break what i have in my mind as my happy ever after.
a life a job a family with the morals of  our grandfathers

no matter the dirt you cover me in
the hurt you throw upon my shoulders
i will reach my happy ever after.
Mind,
stabbing at trauma,
so digusting.
But escape,
recognise the trauma of
the earth.
Given such devalued matter
to feed on
its whole existence,
yet
it always makes
something beautiful.
Blooming flowers,
lofty trees,
stormy mountains,
seven seas.
All the beauty in the world
created by
unappreciated benefactors.
Maybe
the repulsing brutes
that taunt me so
will grow into
*something beautiful.
"To the East, to the East"
Cry the Ibis and the Locust Beast
"To the East and the Sycamore Feast!"

The call of the Firebird
crackles in mid-air,
The Ash of the Sycamore
blowing in the wind
echoes of tomorrow
As silent slave bells bear
creaks at the gateway
Sing:
"Catch-ink; catch-ink!"

"To the East, to the East"
Cry the Ibis and the Locust Beast
"To the East and the Sycamore Feast!"

Won't you come and touch me,
Be the one to reach me;
Don't let me stay here lonely,
Help me to live on

Your arms they are my solace,
Your voice the reason I can say
That I'm regaining balance;
I'm fighting for a better day

Don't you try and tell me
That you do not know me,
You'll always be my only;
Help me to live on

A thousand voices of shattered dreams
As endless nights fill with frightened screams
Not from my lips, for from yours they'd have to part

I'd show a side to you I've never dreamed show before
But let me stay, just one more chance to be the one in your arms

Live on, live on,
There's a place for everyone
Beyond, beyond
What you can imagine;
Who knows how long
Until we can achieve it,
But stay strong
And together we can make it
I love to play lake monster,
And swim around the floating docks,
And grab people and make them squeal and giggle.
You need to wear goggles, because the water is murky,
from people kicking up the silt wit there feet,
We take turns, but I like being the lake monster best.
Because we only have one pair of good goggles,
And the lake monster gets them,
And I love to swim under water, and pretend I'm a mermaid,
But one that plays tricks, and tickles people, and pulls them under,
Accidently they sometimes swallow a gulp of water,
And choke, and I feel bad...
But the lake monster dives away,
And I catch them again another day.
