tracing hands on a bench

        hold out your finger, I'll
    circle it in burnished gold

let's go on adventures, it's
   the simplest things that stick in
       your mind and hold us together
              like a well-wrapped Christmas present

each breath fills me to the brim like a
    pitcher of pure sunshine
