I hear an army charging upon the land,
And the thunder of horses plunging, foam about their knees:
Arrogant, in black armour, behind them stand,
Disdaining the reins, with fluttering whips, the charioteers.

They cry unto the night their battle-name:
I moan in sleep when I hear afar their whirling laughter.
They cleave the gloom of dreams, a blinding flame,
Clanging, clanging upon the heart as upon an anvil.

They come shaking in triumph their long, green hair:
They come out of the sea and run shouting by the shore.
My heart, have you no wisdom thus to despair?
My love, my love, my love, why have you left me alone?

I wanna kick and scream
Tear down all the walls
Rip deep fingernail grooves
Up and down the halls

I wanna stick my fist through a wall
Punch and kick and slap
One thing I know from this for sure:
Secrets are a death trap
Love is a mindless obsession.
Oblique as point
View here I bear thought
Hard in heart
That glows with blue hue.
Timeless affection
Endless inner dialogue
Leave everything external regressive
Engulfed within self
Once layered within other
Oh Brother
I am Russian Doll
For now
Oh Well.
Regrets are none
I'm alright in this state of confusion.
Oh, Right
In this compelled numb!

Go on suffering
That's all I can do

12 turns to 1
And then to 2

No smiling woman
No woman who cares
To give me a hug
Or say "there there"

Just more hours
Alone and alone

And I still keep writing
These rhyming poems

An afternoon
At the park alone

And who really cares

No woman to comfort
No woman to say. "There, there"

One day it will be over
One day it will be done

And turns out earth is lame
And not much fun

I enjoy my job I guess
I try not to let my room become a mess

There is always less
Less and less

Welcome to life
Some type of test

Hello Despair, my constant companion,
threatening my stride, corrupting any confidence,
insulting my intelligence, forbidding me to improve,
denouncing me as unworthy, I recognize you.

I'll not let you win, even when you bear more strength,
fighting till the death, mine or yours.
I resist your name for me,
old age coming, colorless shape,
forgotten something,
needless.

Under your heavy core that masses like lead,
I'll wimper with a finale breath,
even when there is no one left to believe, remember, or hear,
I will fight against you.
The fingertips of the trees leave space for the
sky.
The sun with his prowess gives them light
while
branches flow as veins of the earth.

Streaks of clouds like ribs to the sky,
winding
as an atlas of forgotten paths,

dance o'er shaded silhouettes
of
yesterday's bounty.

The fallen leaves of yesteryear's grace
ebb
to their resting and etch their monument
in
time.

And the moon, supple in her gesture,
whispers
the star dusted secrets of tomorrow's

fortune.
