Tired eyes,
Half smile,
Sly confidence.

Not trickery,
But captivation.

I am forgetting about you.
Your smile has gone away.
No longer written on your face for me to see every day.
It's getting easier for me day to day.

I am forgetting about you.
Saved memories emerge from time to time.
They're full of colors of you and are easy to find.
But are fading away to darkness as if I were blind.

I am forgetting about you.
No more haunting smiles in dreams.
No more deep brown angelic eyes that made my soul scream.
Because I couldn't have you in my arms under the sunbeams.

I am forgetting about you.
That part of me is dying.
That part of me walked under the moonlight and was crying.
But there you were in the clear night sky simply shining.

I wonder if I will forget about you.
I think that part of me will not die.
I think that part of me will stay alive.
Nothing left for me but endless goodbyes.

I promised myself I would
Not break my own heart again.

I never keep any promises.

Why
Tears streaming
I'm screaming
Nonstop flashes littering
My brain
The ground
Me
Remind me why you think I'm fine?

MAGIC OF LOVE

After watching a heartwarming clip;
Gladdened I am, sweetly very,  smiled my lips.

An innocent child love so much, can bring.
Bells of joyfulness, glee n warmth in our hearts ring.

Even an unhappy  heart so relaxed feels.
Helps me this innocent embrace a great deal.

"God dwells in innocence"; this is so true.
This is the best way, to happinessssss brew.

Someday, maybe
I will travel across the sea
I will see the world
With sails unfurled
I will see all the people
Where it was once peaceful
I will see the mountains
Through the sharpest lens
I will visit everyplace
Meet every face
I will learn more about myself
Than I could ever find on a shelf
I will try all new things
I will see what life brings
I will dance in the rain
Without any more pain
I will travel the sky
Feeling as if I could fly
I will swim the deepest lake
Not much will it take for me to wake
I will see life as it runs free
Someday, maybe
just a touch of wanderlust
