House Representatives you think Guns are ok
Guns in the public’s hands with bullets that go astray
Guns constantly **** every day
But it seems you want to have your own way
Push has constantly been done to get rid of Guns, but as usual Congress you have no words to say
Bullets can have anyone’s aim
But you Congress are the finger pointing in blame
Whatever happened to God’s commandment. “Thou shall not ****”
But the question being and answer stalled on still
Guns will continue to destroy
Human bodies are not decoys
Guns are used as though they are toys
Congress, please stand with the world who are against guns
This is not some joke being a pun
It’s the seriousness of all these unnecessary guns
Guns are supposed to protect
At least this is you Congress has stated being elect
But you have turned your heads as a reject
What would it take for Guns to disappear?
Lives being loss, but how does one preserver
I often pray that Congress will do the right thing
Not so much fighting and being uptight
The mission is “Bullets to lose and lives to gain”
This ongoing shootings just can’t remain
Guns must go and just follow my flow

Imagine a stretched hound being the trademark on an actual plane
It is a known fact, but let me take you back
It was in 1996, the Greyhound Air started its Canadian Flight
Passengers left from the various Canadian Airports
Greyhound had taken to the friendly skies that became an enterprise
The Parent Company was Greyhound Canada
However, the airlines business was short lived, and ceased operations in 1997
If someone says when dogs learn to fly
Just emphasize, the Greyhound dog did it in a big way as it had wings, and took to the air
Don’t be surprised with strange responses that you might get
Maybe even wager with them in a bet
I am a witness that Greyhound did fly
It was an illusion
You can draw your own conclusion
The air was the Greyhound way

It’s the Flying G on the Runway Lane

At one point, Greyhound dog legs leaped to the friendly skies with wings

The Greyhound Bus Company that was the Canadian version of Greyhound Air
A flying machine
People don’t relate the bus company to the air

People thought that the Greyhound bus company was grounded to the highways, but the Hound Dog was seen in the air along with the other major airlines
Just imagine a Flight Attendant voice welcoming you aboard Greyhound Air in fasten your seat belts and observe no smoking

However, the airline ceased operations in 1993

The new born experienced Asthma, Yellow Jaundice and Malnutrition
The birth weight way below normal circumstances
Life surrounding was uncertain
Doctors are given up hope
Assurance was no cope
Doctors calculated that the babe will only live to 7 in longevity
They told the family to prepare for a funeral and not become attached, but if I lived on it would be God’s will
The Doctors suggested that I put in a Foster Home, but my Grandparents stepped in
Foster Home ruled out
Fast forward through the years, the babe grew up to a teenager of 17 and beyond
The Male teenager spend many weekends with his mother who didn’t want him
The Mother often said she wanted a Girl
No fault on my part, I just became the end product what God wanted me to be
She would cuss and chastise the son for no apparent reason

It was always criticism and negativity that came from the mother to the son
There was definitely a wall of a barrier between the mother and son with love nowhere to be found
The son was blamed for his mother not marrying the internal father
How does a child who didn’t ask to be born being the problem?
The Yellow Jaundice had changed the pigmentation of skin to Caucasian, but that was only briefly when I was born
To this day, the son feels no love and doesn’t extend love to his mother
There used to be a lot of anger and bitterness, but since has been released
Carrying plenty of tension throughout the years

The son prayed to the Lord in honesty in stating he didn’t love his mother
The Lord’s response, “Just respect her”
There were times the son hated himself thinking it was a mistake in him being born
There was even a thought of suicide attempt
A Mother who is not even proud of what her son who is independent, Graduated from college and Self-Alliant has become
The son will always believe a mother wanted to **** her son while she was barring with all her smoking, and stated quote “I would of had an abortion done when abortions weren’t even heard of back then
Yet, a son who is ever proud and achieved greatness in life under the Lord’s eyes.

Restricted full of discipline
Parents who raised their son Johnny
A boy who was taught right from wrong
The same concept in educating in how to get along
Johnny often told his parents he wanted to go out
But it became more of a shouting match than discussion
It was always total disruptions on both sides
But this was Johnny’s Parent house, and he would have to abide
Yet, Johnny always wanted to venture about
In Johnny’s eyes, it was about exploring life’s enjoyments in care
That is no more than fair
But Johnny’s parent’s who were so strict wanted their son to have the best things in life, and higher learning in education was the absolute key
Johnny’s Parent didn’t want their son to hang out on the streets than become a **** controlling the streets
This was a lesson of living survival
But it is inspiration being noble
Yet, when one is a Teenager being like Johnny, you want to find yourself
He wanted to fit I with his peers
But that is what Johnny’s Parent always feared
This is why Johnny was restricted on every bound
The idea for Johnny was to climb the mounds being their son’s own success
But Johnny’s words says it best, “Being young you want friends too look upon, and endure the sweet smell of humanism”
However, Johnny’s Parent were thinking beyond their son’s mind being intellectual
So being restricted having a reason and purpose
Isn’t that obvious?
Life on roadblock, but caution to no unjustified flock
Johnny, be your best, and let learn confess
Those words came from Johnny’s parent

As a kid going to Private School
We learned many things being numerous source tools
We would often take field trips to various places
Each had its own individual spaces
One particular event was the United Nations
It was known with communicating with and establishing that with the world
We journeyed in what makes the United Nations in what it is
We had a Tour Guide from India who told us about the UN
Then our tour really started to begin
We entered an auditorium behind a sturdy glass
It was made to muffle the sound of silence much like a mask
We were at a General Assembly with a headset and Interpreter who spoke
As a kid, we learned that the UN was a serious business and no joke
Well things started to heat up with strong intense verbal use
It was becoming more like personal country abuse
Countries upon countries telling each other off
You could say defining with no meaning
The Interpreter literally stopped translating
Because we were 12 years old, Security demanded that we take off the headsets immediately
Later we headed for our school bus and journeyed back to our destination
It’s amazing how things are done all with a little persuasion
The United Nations with its own special blend, and my story that has come to a complete end.

A fitness woman who had a boyfriend who didn’t train
But the love affair that did remain
The fitness woman being named Jennifer who always took care of her body even when she was in her teens
Yet Ted being her boyfriend really didn’t have any interest in exercise
But it was Fitness Jennifer that captivated Ted’s eyes
It wasn’t until Jennifer introduced Ted to a competing male bodybuilder named William
Ted Seemed Ah and noticed all his muscle detail protruding through his T-Shirt of William
Later Ted went home and gave a good thought that maybe he should try exercising and thought about William in giving him guidance
Fitness and muscle running through Ted’s mind
But will it convince Ted to exercise with the thought divined
Well barbells became Ted’s start in train
William who was a competing Bodybuilder to help Ted through various exercises in helping Ted establish his own physique
Well things were on go with the idea of mystique
In a span of two years, Ted now had a muscular physique that he could be proud of, and was thinking about stepping onto the Bodybuilding platform
Well Fitness Jennifer gave Ted all the encouragement he needed
Persuasion became defined into pursue
It was all the encouragement coming from Fitness Jennifer due
Ted stepped on stage for the first time, and was a little nervous, but when the music started and he started to pose, the audience gave a raw of applause and being totally amazed
He was standing next to other Bodybuilders who were more advanced
But Ted saw a vision, and wanted to take a chance
As names were being called out, there was a certain anticipati8on in how Ted did
Yet Ted felt he wasn’t going to win and it was the end
Suddenly Ted’s name was called out in first place

Ted proposed to Fitness Jennifer right there on stage
Fitness Jennifer was very surprised and she said yes without any hesitation

You see, the Son, Arthur Persian wants to heir and take away the fortune for himself, but Daddy Persian put another name on his estate, and it’s not a family member

So ****** is in the air
The thought of ****** making the fortune fair
So as Sterling Persian slumbers, a ****** is already in the works
Sleep unto Death
As everyone is fast asleep, but not Arthur Persian, he has a plan that will be deep
The Son lurks into Daddy Persian’s room, and silently and precisely fires ring out from a single bullet
It kills Daddy Persian instantly
By morning, everyone wonders where is Sterling Persian?
One the Female Housekeeper’s enters Mr. Sterling Persian’s room, and he is found dead
Screams upon screams
The commotion draws attention to the family
The Police are later summoned
When they arrive, they immediately look for clues
This is definitely something to pursue
The Police search throughout Sterling Persian’s room
They notice footprints that lead to the Son’s room, Arthur Persian’s room, but hiding in his closet, he suddenly abruptly comes out
The Son fires shots after shots, but his subdued by the mighty bullets of the Police
He wounded, and confesses Fortune made him do it
So Arthur Persian was arrested
Crime scene solved
It was the Son involved
Justice served with resolved

There were times when Mr. Greene called Joe Weider and asked for advice
It was intensity with the weights
Then taking in food protein and drinking protein shakes
Mr. Greene is a personal friend of mine
He used to tell me stories of bodybuilding ways
Also stay away from drugs and go astray
Yet he was every bodybuilder’s friend
But on the Bodybuilding stage, it was about the win
Mr. Greene’s muscles were his voice on stage
In the audience, it was the posing that did amaze
It left the audience and Judge’s in a daze
It was his proportion being the fine line
Then it was the repetitions that contributed being combined
Under the spotlight, Mr. Greene was the terminator
But it was his posing being the illustrator
Franklyn Greene was focused down to the finish
This is what makes him distinguished
A Bodybuilding champion who was meant to be
The world witnessed and was able to see
Mr. Greene made Bodybuilding everything that it should be
He is now retired from competition, but continues to train
Bodybuilding in his heart still remains
His motto, “Train with focus and eye on detail”
Franklyn Greene who did achieve and many bodybuilding awards he did receive. Accomplishments with many wins, and with a past being a milestone, but the name of Franklyn Greene who is still known.

Freedom with a fight
Fed up with plight
It was walk and talk
A battle that had to be fought
The message got out
All that happened moving about
Greyhound took the message across the nation
It became the Freedom Riders presentation
Opposition tried to stop
Name calling in mock
Freedom stands for all
It was no time to stall
Greyhound’s rolling wheels focused enroute
The company supported what the Freedom Riders were trying to do
It was a mission the Freedom Riders had to pursue
Civil Rights being a follow through
Freedom Riders knew they couldn’t tire
The struggle couldn’t be an expire
The multitude of voices in shout
The Freedom Riders stood ******* principles
They were the anecdote with a cure
Freedom simply needed to be secure
Multitude strong with pride
It was togetherness in the Freedom Riders stride
Civil Rights is still an issue today
The world must take a stand all the way
There can’t be a command with a demand
Justice is for throughout the land
Thank You Freedom Riders for the path

Greyhound thanks for the Civil Rights destination
As for the Freedom Riders, you are the face of the nation.

We are thought of as a tribe
But our destiny is written in the destination scribe
A Greyhound Bus led the Freedom Way
Racial discrimination and separation was not ok
There was a fight for change on that day
Freedom is a given right
They didn’t captivate being polite
They certainly didn’t just sit tight
Where there was darkness, there was a guiding light
Freedom Riders had a demand
It was going too be Justice throughout the land
It’s Equality for all being the caravan
The Freedom Riders voices were a definite shout
It’s was for the Nation’s Capitol to work Discrimination out
The mission didn’t revolve around the Black race, but togetherness for all races
Freedom Riders History was centered with a purpose having a trace
They were against all odds that couldn’t be erased
But was a task of face too face
Opposition wasn’t going to stop no matter what
It was the 1960 being a year having no defeat
The Freedom Riders were determined they weren’t going to retreat
They were going to speak out and be heard
They were animals flocking like a herd
Freedcm being the Freedom Riders first name
Then last name in a determined Victory
Then came the end of the story.

Freedom Riders were Civil Rights Activist who were on the move
Supreme Court ruling in what they had to prove
Segregation that should be cut out
The added response would be a loud shout
Interstate buses were used in making their point
This was an outgoing mission and the Freedom Riders were not going to accept a disappoint
Freedom Riders in their voices on the road
This was a challenge to the Supreme Court
Greyhound Bus Lines was the Freedom Riders mode
This is was determination and the Freedom Riders will be undersold
The message was “We won’t be silent, and do as we are told”
The Freedom Riders journeyed on with no time to tire
Their voices were full of fire
The motto being their desire
There certainly was no time to retire
Freedom Riders carried on
Greyhound Buses were bombed in getting the Freedom Riders attention
But that wasn’t going to stop their platform stand
Civil Rights for all needed to be carried out throughout the land
We will not stop because our Greyhound bus has been destroyed
This just makes us strong and totally annoyed
The movement is a multitude strong
Civil Rights was finally confide
But let’s move Civil Rights today
We cannot let anyone stand in our way
What Washington objects is not ok
Civil Rights must remain active and focused
All nationalities belong
This is a call for Justice, and the world is letting it be known
Freedom Riders being the floor plan had shown
This is everyone’s time to let it be known
Voices have, and will continue to be, “We Shall Overcome”.

A look back into where it all began
It seems even today there is no end
But let me narrate from begin
Black slaves were sold to work on plantations
Numerous slave ships that would dock in towns being the indication
It was being black a setback
The hanging being a crucifixion
But justice in stating, it was justification
Now Dr. Martin Luther King saw a separation and compression
The world certainly needed education in being a lesson
Dr. King’s heart felt a deep eruption within his soul
It was time for Washington, DC to look and behold
Dr. King felt all races and creeds needed to come together
We were all no difference from the other
Color in variations beyond any casting shades of shadows
Freedom rang it was time for a change
But when Dr. King gathered the nation together under one accord
He was guided by no other than the good Lord
Things were starting to be put into place
That moment no one could erase
Yet when Dr. King was murdered
Uttered sounds became we have loss our voice
As years rolled on, Freedom has become a distant word
Where do we go to be heard?
Today Freedom has been placed into a locked box
Eyes of evil being a keen fox
Hatred has turned into ****
Determination has been defeated with a question of will
Yet the world continues to go on in still
Liberty not being justice for all
In fact, it’s a non-working clock stopping on stall
Aftermath of years being free
Its only sentence’s being a quiet look see
Nations are fighting nations
Boundaries with no solutions
The world is only drawing its own conclusions
No outcome but continued violence
Forces that control are remaining silent
Whatever happened to “My Country Tis of Thee?”
This was in Public School in what they taught me
Sweet land of Liberty
It is now the land of pity
Races against each other
No respect for my Sister and Brother
Freedom is no longer placed at front doors
As a nation we just continue to ignore
The violence needs to end
Come together as a nation in begin
Unless we rearrange there is no change
What negative image is in the mirror things will remain
The Promised Land is where we all need to stand
This was Dr. King’s demand
What really does Freedom hold
Do we continue to fight and **** and act bold?
Freedom means trust and shake my hand and hold

Darkened with uncertainty
No place to be found
Chanted spiritual songs within one’s encouraging thought

I pray to thee
Thunder raw
Lightening outburst
Slavery was hard and tormented
Beaten and torn
Sunrises being a forbidden rise
Working on those cotton fields
Plantation ordeals for real
Wounds showing the many rebels
Trapped in a prohibited society
No pity
Freedom only a thought
Praying and constant praying
Singing upon singing
The slaves hope surrounded up in Heaven
Numerous cries heard
In 1862, the Emancipation Proclamation was documented, and Freedom became the word’s that Afro-Americans needed to hear
No more worry some of fear
It took place in Galveston, Texas
Years upon years of denial
Not knowing where nor if
Heaven the many outcries
Crisis finally came to an end
Freedom, Freedom, Freedom
From Slavery life into the light of the earthly kingdom
Sacrifice proven
Land’s wisdom
Dwell doers
The raw of thankful emotion
Smooth breezes and calm oceans
Life was and will be worth living
The call for Freedom

Yond to be free
Yet Freedom ultimately delayed
I want to run away, but have been beaten with every try
I just weep
I can’t even sleep
All I can do is just dream of freedom
But my eyes on the Heaven’s with aiming for the kingdom
We will be shown the way
The Slave owner doesn’t want us the people to go astray
As long as there is breath in this body, a freedom slave one day
Just you wait and see
Beaten and whips will be no more
A new day will be a slave’s new explore
No more will I have to worry about struggles being ignored
My footsteps being how long a slave
All the Master wants is a slave to just behave
The Moon looks pretty tonight
I see strength giving me might
I will make a plan for my escape
After all, a slave is considered like a moving ape
Freedom means being determined to be free
It’s the outlook of Freedom being a one day
A plantation loss is a slave’s gain
No more ******* that will ever remain
I have been a slave all my life
My thoughts and speech being my only advice
God watches and my prayers reaching Heaven
My Soul bleeds, but I am determined to proceed
This Slave has a story to tell, and comes from the crystal waters from a well
A slave only knows, but it’s the true testimony that shows.

I saw my distance
It was my miles in journeys
Blisters on feet like sores
My struggles provided understanding
They prepared me in what to expect
My tears previously flowed like water falls
The thought of my fellow Slaves who died
But I stayed focused in knowing what God who provide
No matter how hot the sun became
Freedom was going to be my aim
The thought never entered my mind that I may not make it
I knew it was going to be a battle, and I couldn’t change the world’s thinking
My inspiration had to continue being sustaining
Deep in my heart, I couldn’t let the world change my spirit
I had to be determined
Blockades were everywhere
Echoes of preserver within
Escaping through rivers was my only chance
My freedom was how I would advance
Yet a voice from Heaven saying, “Push On”
Your freedom will come
It was assurance
It took all of my endurance
Teach your people God’s guidance
I gave you wisdom
Understanding directly from the kingdom
You are free
No longer anyone’s slave

The Sun will guide you to your next journey

Explored the USA countryside
The beauty and elegance within provide
I visited historical homes where famous people resided
Seeing state after state
Within those states where history relate
My heart felt appreciate
A time to reflect and deviate
Saw hills that were mountains
Captured waterfalls that were like fountains
Travel I dreamed about
All I can do is reflect with a happy shout
Blessed to be able to travel
So much to take in, it was gravel
There is so much to see in America before traveling abroad

A friend stopped by
Refreshing breeze to the senses
Sitting alone I knew I wasn’t alone

I was visualizing eye to eye

A dark and thunderous night
Howling in the distance
Mourns within an instance
It was creatures from everywhere

As the deceased walks it is the voice of a troubled sound

Growing up my favorite words was I can’t without ever trying
My Grandfather always assured in his wisdom words as there is no such thing as can’t unless you try and it is proven
That’s where I put to the test in seeing first hand of can’t in trying being the truth
That was a strong matter my Grandfather set forth
If anybody has felt the way I saw can’t without making a movement in the effort, then this poem message is just for you
You must pursue
Can’t is only a substance in you won’t
Not will to try
Try becomes the effort of discovering
In fact, one is only defeating themselves in not seeing the reasoning in purpose
Be confident and prove to yourself without a matter of doubt
Show yourself you are willing to try, and see how it turns out by advancing into assurance of committing
