The lamp-lit street
created a character:
under the umbrella,
crawling like a lame,
and like a fisher man
when the ripples dont
mirror the marlins,
and he, in the hope,
throws his last bet
to make his lost day
a big jackpot.
yesterday night,
he was a great player
behind the curtain,
full of spirit.
tragedy set the stage ablaze
and he was left burning.
