Dreaming
She was losing her mind
Slowly it went
Away in the night
As she slept in her bed
Dreaming of princes
And dragons
And flying
She forgot
that she had fallen asleep crying
If only they were real
The dreams she would dream
For then she'd be happy
And she'd forget what it's like
To be squashed like a bug
When she's awake and in fright
If only they knew
The things she could do
When shes dreaming of flying
When in reality she's dying
