upon the star's back
she took a ride
her purpose
twas to garner
some of the star's sheen
twas not long
and the lady in question
had all the glow
she'd stolen
the star's sheen
and made it her own
yet in time to come
she'll be on the receiving end
some other starlet
shall steal her radiance
and of her shine
apprehend
