May 2014
You coated me with your musk,
every square inch of me
you marked beautifully
with your honey fragrance,
it was magnificent.

You claimed me as your own,
I was the ultimate prize.
And I loved every delicious
time you spread your flower
for more of me,
it was my constant desire
& you did soar.

But, I cried my eyes out
when the flies began
to whisper about
the other trophies
covered with a similar odor
& the words of a liar.
