Are you,
Are you,
Coming back to me?,
Oh I really can't bear it,
If you are to leave,
And when I look up,
In tedious search of the moon,
So that her moonlight can soothe me,
I am reminded of you,
A border of light surrounds her,
Gentle and robust,
Her song quietly reaches my ears,
Carried by a calming gust,
Oh and when I see the moon,
Twinkling and bright,
I swear I blink back tears,
And wish with all my might,
So perhaps maybe I'll reach her,
Perhaps she'll be mine,
And Perhaps I'll keep believing this,
Long after it is deemed a lie
