CAN THIS EARN YOUR SMILE, LORD? My Lord, Your love has reached such an extreme. I feel the greatness of Your noble ways. You came to earth to die and save mankind and wash the sins they have, which aren’t Your own.
I know that love can reach such high extent, but where is That Who is on such a throne, Who leaves his scepter and descends to earth and dies in such a way by hands He loves.
You came and died just as a sacrifice and those You loved prepared Your painful cross. Just ere Your death, You asked Your Father dear, “Forgive them, Lord; they don’t know what they’ve done.”
Where am I, Lord, from such heroic acts? I’m weak but I still say, “I love You, Christ. I know my love is great, and want You pleased. I don’t ken what to do to make You smile. BY JOSEPH ZENIEH ALL RIGHT RESERVED ————————————————————
