When in doubt
About yourself
Or the world
Go somewhere
Safe, quiet
Still yourself
Disappear
Let nature
Brush away your pain
Your tears and concern
Sit for a while
Silent
No need to talk
Nor impress
Just be with your true self
Feel it in your bones
That’s who you really are
By gods grace you are here
Still living, still standing
You are meant to be
Stand tall like a redwood
Know that you are precious
And unique
Believe
Light up the world
