Every one gets low sometimes
No one knows how another feels
Unless they can describe it easily
And handling it well it slowly goes
But for some who suffer clinically
The depression just grows panically
The mood is low, no where to go,
The cloud comes down as they drown
That’s where they need some help
To help them cope
Medication one would hope
Counselling can do
A bit for you
Then there’s CBT, light therapy
And other treatments out there
And talking to someone who will care
Patience is the key
It’s hard to be the other ones
To see them suffer
When this ghost train comes!
