I've always wondered how
Hugging Jesus would feel like
Then it dawned on me
That I've felt it

In the midst of the chaos
When all of a sudden
There's this stillness...this calm
That's him
Arms around me
Whispering words of
encouragement to me

Times when I have no choice but to  burst into tears
Then all of a sudden
No tears
No thoughts driving me mad
Just calm
Mind empty
Peace and stillness
That's how I know it's him
And in that moment
Everything feels okay
Even when the house is still in flames
And the smoke is intoxicating
Still at that moment
Everything feels okay...
