How are saints told they should pray,
The believers of our day?
What did our Lord Jesus say?
Should we go our heart's own way,
Or will it lead us all astray?

What does it say in Jesus's Word?
When it's read and when it's heard?
Is it nowadays absurd?
Or is an answer its reward!

When you pray in Jesus name
Your prayers will never be the same!
Answered prayers will fall like rain,
And faith will stake a larger claim
Upon your heart and doubt will wane.

Jesus is the Lord supreme!
In today's world,  what does that mean?
It's still the truth on which we lean,
This is all the Bible means!
By His stripes we are made clean!

Answer to my Google search regarding how we should pray in the Bible?  Should it be in Jesus name?

The concept of praying "in Jesus' name" is found in several passages in the New Testament, particularly in the Gospel of John. While the Bible doesn't explicitly command the phrase "in Jesus' name, Amen" to be used at the end of every prayer, it emphasizes that prayer offered through Jesus Christ, based on his authority and merit, is how believers access God according to religious websites.
