She came to life through  a cry,
born beneath a storm-stained sky,
Through  suffering,
through sharpened strife,
she clawed her way into life.
But deep within,a silent crave-
A thirst for secrets life once gave-
drew her beneath a crashing wave,
Into a dark and reckless  dive.
And after nine slow,swollen months,
With  a burdened belly bowed in front,
She rose from shadows, raw and brave,
cradling not a child-
but a warhead.
It split her dreams,
Shattered her name,
left her soul,
Aboard a train
of endless  pain
And silent shame .
Now bound by chains
she cannot break,
Her heart grows dim
With every breath.
Hope once bright-
now flickers faint
she walks the edge
of life and fate
Why?
she can't tell
It all began-
with a race against life,
But life...
Outran her.
