modern world                                            
so convenient so deceitful
simple tasks    like walking a dog
are given a promotion                                
                       ­ to spiritual level activities
but  without permission                          
sun rises and sets every day
and my toenails keep on growing savage
i clip  hack  and file                  
return to submission
                                             so far  so wound
