Distance Can’t Escape Time

      Our species lives on a big ball
In the vastness of space
All we can do it seems is to fight
Simply for the difference in our race

The one big question I ask is why
There’s no rhyme or reason for hate
There’s not one person on Earth who
Can explain how did it originate

We all dream of a better future
Yet no one can let go of the past
If we cannot learn to love then
Forever the hate will last

With this concept we find that the past,
Present and future are one in the same
You might as well take a picture of any
Decade and put it in a frame

You can dream  about a new planet in
A far off galaxy, a life so sublime
But eventually you’ll face the reality
That Distance Can’t Escape Time
